Best Chun'an Hotels

"A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests. The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above. However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel: - no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant. - it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best. - Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice."

"The price is really cost-effective. The hotel hardware and software are all 4⭐⭐⭐⭐, which is the standard four-star hotel. You can watch the sunrise and sunset on the big platform, which is very pleasant. The hygiene is very good, and the service is also very good. The service staff will contact you before you arrive at the store and make arrangements according to the situation. I drove by myself and directly arranged parking and access. I was old and directly arranged a high-rise and quiet place. The most important thing to say is breakfast. The restaurant is very large, with 5 stalls and a lot of food varieties. My comments are objective and not exaggerated without marketing blessing. The price is 300 yuan (two days on April 27/28)"

"Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before )."

"Very satisfied, pleasant scenery, clean room, balcony suitable for watching the sunset. The weather was hot and I didn't have time to go to the swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool at the high-speed rail station is a great place to go at night. You must try the dim sum buffet in the Chinese restaurant, it's delicious."

"5/5 Stars amazing. We recently enjoyed a long weekend at Minho International Resort, staying in the Deluxe Family Loft. Our group included myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and our twin children. From the outset, we were impressed by the hotel's exceptional service and facilities. Accommodation and Cleanliness: The hotel room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Public areas throughout the resort were also well-maintained and spotless. Family-Friendly Amenities: The children's play area offered a variety of activities, providing ample space for our kids to play and explore. We also took advantage of the bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, thanks to the staff's helpful recommendations. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, adding to our relaxation. Evening Entertainment: A standout feature was the water and light show, which provided a mesmerizing end to our evenings. Concierge Service: Our concierge, 管家小汪, was exceptionally helpful, adding us on WeChat to assist with any issues or translation needs we encountered. Dining and Bar Experience: While our overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast offerings were often cold and oily, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bar did not use fresh ingredients for cocktails and featured unusual recipes, such as a mojito without mint. The bar area itself was quite cold and offered limited snack options. Despite these minor issues, our stay at Minho International Resort was exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels we've experienced, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to explore more of the surrounding area."

"It took 8 hours to drive from Shanghai to Qiandao Lake during the Qingming Festival. When I arrived at the hotel, the fatigue was relieved by the warm atmosphere in front of me, and even turned into excitement. The three-day and two-night stay was very good, and the holiday feeling was full. This is a very attentive hotel, with a low-key design and natural beauty (the photos were taken from the hotel). The hardware and ingredients are of high quality, and the subtle and warm service is a plus. I will choose Keren next time."

"We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend"

"A very sentimental, stylish and quality B&B. The environment is very good. The house is surrounded by sycamores and bamboo forests. It feels like sleeping in nature. You fall asleep listening to the chirping of insects at night and wake up to the singing of birds in the morning. There are wicker chairs on the balcony outside the room, where you can chat, daze, and watch the scenery. The design of the room is very warm, humane, and multi-functional. There is an office desk for working or studying together, and a tatami for lazing around together. Air conditioning, floor heating, heaters, humidifiers, disinfection cabinets, etc. are all available, paying great attention to the quality of life. The public space is fashionable and simple. Friends in the same place said that every place is very ”Li Ziqi”, and it is very photogenic when you take pictures casually. It is especially suitable for people who like to take pictures. It is highly recommended! The owner of the B&B is a person who is very sentimental and understands aesthetics. Many small details of the design are on my mind. I will find some small surprises from time to time during leisure and entertainment. Awesome. Highly recommended again!"

"This is my go-to hotel every time I visit. It boasts modern, industrial-chic design with a youthful vibe. The spacious, comfortable rooms offer fantastic lake views that really lift your spirits, and the soundproofing is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and I always get a great night's sleep. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options; the Qiandao Lake Diaodiaobao is particularly delicious. Nearby, you'll find Beer Town and an Instagram-famous lighthouse lookout. Dining is also very convenient, with several local eateries close by. I highly recommend trying the local farmhouse pork!"
