The hotel looks like a chamber clean and nice, but: On Saturday night, the restaurant is closed at 22, so for those who were 21.30 chance to eat anything that is healthy, which is more point 22 ga is shaved with light at the outdoor tables. Service is very nice and helpful in the range that the boss allows. Room clean, comfortable bed, tea set and so much good. In the bathroom two corned dirty towels, I would be ashamed of the dog on the message to give, the shower handle flying like a proverb Jew on an empty shop.

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

Mateusz Sopala 1/5 yesterday on Google Do Not Recommend Great location. And that's where the advantages end. We gave the owner a second chance but unfortunately he did not show himself from the better side. During the second stay (two days) not much changed. We got another room with similar problems. If something is called an apartment, it is absurd that in the room, because that is the only way to call this God forbid apartment, there are dirty walls and holes that happily look at you when you enter the room. Missing caps on the skirting boards. Dirty cups, each from a different parish. Leaking shower cubicle. Swollen door frame in the bathroom. Toilet paper of the worst kind. Rubbish under the bed from the previous tenants. Dirty window frames and glass. A chair without screws, i.e. the seat with legs did not form a whole. You can forget about soundproofing, it is only in name. You can hear everything that happens on the staircase and at the neighbors'. So if you are looking for something more, I advise against it. The owner of this place, after a negative opinion on booking, started sending us text messages with strange content. In our opinion, he was probably trying to intimidate us.

Arrived in a large prebooked group whilst on way to deliver aid. Room was great except air conditioning broken. Only one restaurant staff working who ignored our 1 hour wait for service only to serve a number of local customers who arrived after us. After 2 hours we ended up ordering McDonald's via Uber. Still no one came to take our order.

Located opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

Our stay was related to visits of relatives and friends and I have been in this hotel for the next time, in addition to the circumstances just after opening at COVID-19. It is very pleased with both the facilities and the service. I will return as soon as possible. The hotel has a location that suits us, close to the main cities of the war.Sląski and the park between Katowice, Chorzów and Siemianowice. Close to the only in this province of the Zoo, Planetarium and the Happy Town.

The hotel has really surprised us.
Room: The room was incredibly clean. At first we even thought the room was renovated. Really nothing to challenge.
Personnel:  The staff were also very nice. Most of the lady named Anna at the reception was very friendly and helpful with her with her recommendations, she has significantly improved our stay in Kattowitz again. 
Breakfast: Very delicious and varied. Rarely seen such a breakfast offer in the hotel.
Location: Very central. The AM bus that starts from the airport is right in front of the door. No taxi is required. All important is accessible without problems to foot or bus/train.
The next time this hotel will definitely be back!
