Very good location. The hotel is nearby skydeck and we walk there to save time and parking fee. Besides the lounge is good. But it's closed during weekends that I don't understand the reason. We use suite coupon to get a corner luxurious suite which is really huge, especially the main bathroom. Overall I recommend the hotel for Bonvoy high level members.

Great experience, wonderful staff. Only complaint was chromecast in room didn't work, but what a first world problem! View of the city was amazing and we had the pool to ourselves all weekend. Won't hesitate to book again.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. First of all, the hotel room is very comfortable, the bed is neat and clean, and it provides me with a good sleeping environment. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mini bar, etc., which met all my daily needs. The hotel's restaurant is also great, providing a wide variety of food options, allowing me to enjoy delicious dining services during my stay. More importantly, the hotel's staff have a very good service attitude, are enthusiastic and considerate, and solved various problems I encountered. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

It's very clean and the service is good. It's right in the city center. It's convenient. It's suitable for friends who like to go to scenic spots. But if you drive there, the parking fee is a bit expensive! !

Firstly we stayed for the marathon weekend - chosen on purpose having stayed elsewhere on a prior trip. Great location at the top of Grant Park and easy 15m walk to the start line. We stayed in the gold level for an upgrade fee - the lounge had lovely staff, most welcoming and wishing us well on marathon day offering us food. We were on floor 15 next to the lounge which meant some food smells first thing - no worry on marathon weekend as we were up anyway but I’d avoid 15 on other days! Also biggest let down was the noise both from the corridor but mostly the connecting room - almost like the guest next door was in our room while talking on their phone at midnight !! Real let down and I’d stay elsewhere next time or be sure to request a non connecting room - in fact with the extra taxes, resort fees (as a U.K. traveller these are a rip off, just put the room price up!) this hotel isn’t worth the premium. Key lock on door was intermittent, several visits to reception to get keys recoded despite not being near a mobile, long wait for bell service, felt a bit dated. Excellent lounge staff made up for it a little so 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.
