Very good hotel... very comfortable... good location recommended 100%

Friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Quiet location, a bit outside the busy centre, but within walking distance. Restaurants and coffees nearby.

Not enough light in the room-cannot read books. Staff were friendly but service is inadequate -you have to ask to make the room and clean. I returned to a room with ants cover rubbish in a bin, not provide drinking water, messy room.  I moved the room twice due to noise and broken sink.

Rooms are pretty clean, friendly stuff and not so far from the city. 7-11 just 5 minutes away.

This hotel is located in the middle of town. Breakfast is per order. There is no lift in this hotel.

The flush doesn't work which should have been checked prior to arrival. Other than that its a comfortable stay. It's not too close to the city centre but a good exercise if you love to walk.

The tower and the bed sheet too old, and the tower will not change until you request, but the services seem pretty good.

Hotel is nice clean everything is quite good but there was very loud noice from other air con not sure where exact. Also noticed that bed mats can feel springs inside but staff very kind also very vlean good value

Quiet and serene environment, away from heavy traffic. It's smacked right in between central chiangrai and clock tower. The old airport is just a short walk away.
