"I have stayed in many hotels in Europe, and this one is owned by Disney. They are really stingy. I stayed for two nights, but the toilet paper and water were only provided on the first day. When the paper ran out, it was not replenished on the second day. It was really weird. I lived on the 6th floor and the water was very small. Do you know how annoying it is to take a shower in Paris in December with such thin water? Except for the good attitude of the front desk, everything else was a mess. I will never come again! When I visited the hotel near Christmas, there was no Christmas atmosphere at all... It was so deserted, and there were not so many people in Buddy, not as scary as Upper Disney and East Disney! I really didn't want to queue up to buy the Express Pass, so I stayed in a hotel outside and took a taxi to Disneyland! I entered the park at 9 o'clock and played in both parks with the Express Pass until 3 o'clock in the afternoon... It was really disappointing."

"The location of the hotel was close to Val d Europe and the train station, the room was very new and clean but a bit different from the pictures. It is more like a service apartment with less equipment and amenities but it was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly and even lent us an iron and an ironing board, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants in Paris. Will come back!"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! It was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—only a 6-minute walk to the RER station, which made getting around super easy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to a shopping mall, an outlet, and even a supermarket, which made it really easy to grab anything I needed during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the room—it was exactly as advertised, and I loved the added convenience of a mini kitchen. They even provided a cleaning kit, which shows how thoughtfully everything is arranged. The attention to detail was impressive, and it really made my stay comfortable. I will definitely return next time I’m in town, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to my friends!”"

"Extremely impressed by the hotel!! Very clean, professional and the location for the purpose of going to Disney is 2nd to none! The hotel provides a free shuttle from directly outside the park. The amenities of the hotel for a couple were very impressive consider we needed to relax after a long day exploring. Would really highly recommend this property to anyone considering a similar holiday or just a relaxing spa break!"

"This is a fantastic place to stay for families and couples alike who wish to visit Disneyland Paris but don’t wish to pay for Disneyland hotels, it is a five minute train journey from Disneyland train station to Val’d Europe which is the next station on line A of RER. Then when you get off the train, it is a short 1.2 mile walk or a €6 bolt or Uber ride ."

"It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money."
