"I have to give a thumbs up to this hotel, it is very clean and the room is very large. The breakfast is rich. I had a flight in the early morning of the next day, and they actually prepared sandwiches and fruit platter breakfast in advance and packed it for me to take away. The service is very meticulous and enthusiastic. In short, the praise is beyond the price!"

"Although rooms & building was good but service not up to mark...no hand wash in washroom, no clean towel. Food also average quality. They dont give salt, onion, lemon also during food. Everytime you need to ask for same. Despite booked Deluxe suite, it looks normal room only. Also they ask for extra 5% amt on food when asked for original invoice. Asked extra 5% on Prices mentioned on menu. Poor service.."

"Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing!
There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water"

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, we were given a room that was around 70 sq. Ft smaller than what we had booked, reason given was no availability of rooms, but that defeats the whole purpose of advanced booking. Had to spend one out of three nights in that room, and no refund was provided. Dissatisfied.

GGuest UserThe first room allotted did not have clean sheets. Then on demand another better room was allotted. The room facilities are average. The rods in the cupboard are too high. The towel and cloth rod in the washroom is exactly above the closet. The towel or clothes may fall into the closet. There is no restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is from outside with very limited option. The food was tasty.
