Hotel located along residential street. Very clean and new hotel. Strong shower. Air cond cold. Bedding & mattress very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Nearest MRT "Railway Station" is 10-15 minutes walk away less than 1km. There's shopping mall right in front one of the Metro station's gate. Right next to hotel there are rows of convenience stores, fruit stalls, pharmacy, eateries where you can easily grab breakfast and lunch, mini bar/bistro to hang out, and best of all there's a native xingjiang/ningxia bbq lamb skewer store next to hotel. A must try.

It was my first time staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Changsha. The environment was very comfortable, the hygiene was very clean, and the service was as good as always. The buffet restaurant on the second floor was also very good, with good style and taste. I will choose it again next time when I come to visit with friends and colleagues.

The location is good, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots or to the South Station. I booked a family room with a large bathtub for the children to play. There were three of us, and the executive treatment for three people was also set for me. In general, I am very satisfied. The room is relatively large and clean. I think the price-performance ratio is good. There is also a Didi taxi that is very useful. So it is not expensive to take a taxi to anywhere. After leaving the central scenic area, I think it is also good to eat nearby. Xiaoxiangbo is OK, and there are Mengzhong and Chayan Good.

The hotel is in a great location, with a subway station nearby. Manager Zhao at the front desk provided very good service. The rooms have been upgraded and have a good layout. The housekeeping lady Fan is very kind, and the details of hygiene are very good. I will stay here again in the future!

The location of this hotel is not bad, near the Railway Institute. Shen Min from the housekeeping department has a very good service attitude. I took my kids to Changsha during the winter vacation and booked the newly opened Four Points by Sheraton Changsha, which is 7 subway stops from the city center. It has a good price-performance ratio. The double bed was in short supply during the Chinese New Year, but fortunately it was off-peak and I was able to book it. I heard from the hotel that it was almost impossible to book a double bed during the Chinese New Year. I upgraded the room on the 17th floor facing Central South University, which had a good view. By the way, I took the kids on a one-day tour of a 211 university. There is a food street downstairs. In short, it is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. It is the king of price-performance ratio for a humanistic city vacation. I had Hunan rice noodles for breakfast. I went there off-peak or I would have to queue up for freshly made noodles. It is worth visiting again!
