i just can't believe its a luxury hotel, originally we planned to stay 3 nights, but after the 1st night, we decided to move out and stay in another hotel (voco Ma Belle), with similar pricing, much better room and services quality... Altara is just like a normal Vietnam apartment, the entrance is terrible, the room quality and services quality are both so so. its a at most 3-star hotel, with quite a lot of minor problems in the room, i.e. problem on the drainage in the kitchen sink...

We had a lovely time at altara suites. A but quieter as it us a tad bit further away from the busy areas.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but there was a persistent sewage odor. We had to set the air conditioning very cold to minimize the smell.

Overall excellent experience. The suite was very spacious and clean with excellent furnishings. My family loved it.

Apartment is big n money value there’s a good seafood restaurant n mini mart next door too travel can be easily done by grab car n is cheap even to Hoi an n back you can negotiate with driver for whole day n must are please with the arrangement instead of getting another grab they are willing to wait without extra charge n probably more economical n convenient

The hotel isn't too far from the airport, slightly around 20-25 mins car ride. Definitely will be back here again with friends as the room was spacious, neat and clean. Bed and pillows were all very comfortable. And the view of thr sea from the balcony was amazing even though it was facing the construction building. Only downside is that the mart or any mart is a few minutes walk away. But that does not really matter to us.

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

Altara Suits location is near the beach side and they have excellent apartments suits in which you can stay, the service is very good and the amenities in the room are excellent , it is also near from the street market so if you fancy a small walk it’s right around the corner.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

The location and facilities were very good. It was a family trip, and there was a washer dryer and kitchen, so it was easy to eat delivery food. However, the pool was messy and cold, the elevator took too long, and especially the lady in charge of eggs and rice noodles at the breakfast restaurant looked uncomfortable every morning. It's hard because one person is in charge of more than two things. It seems that the hotel needs improvement. There are too few breakfast items

Strongly recommend to stay in this hotel when you visit to Da Nang. Customer Service is really awesome 🤗🤗🤗

Hotel was very nice breakfast also verygoid they made vegetarian food for us facility also very good will come again

room smelled utterly stale and moldy and stuffy, service staff was helpful though

Best food, location also good, just a few minutes walking distance to the 🏖️ beach.
