"The Aircon didn't work so we were given a fan heater which didn't work either. We were then moved to another room, where the Aircon was from the last century and didn't work either and we had to use a fan heater that was already in the room. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a good refurbishment. We were also informed at check in that there was a $ 10/night parking fee which we were not made aware of during the booking process. The second room TV didn't work as the wrong remote was in the room which was from a different brand of TV. The lady at reception was helpful and had to get a new remote from another room. It took several trips to reception to get all this sorted out. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but basic stuff like this should not be happening. Not a nice experience at all."

"It was a great stay and had a nice dinner and drinks as well at the bar and bistro."

"Very good location. Bed is not particularly problematic. The staff is unusually friendly. It was a calm atmosphere."

"So the hotel was great, thoughut doesn't have it's own car parking section, so I had to park on the street. I was only there over night and arrived late that night. As new policies have stated credit card numbers are no longer taken as security deposit, I was informed a $200 bond for 1 night of stay was needed, I was able to get this down to just $100, as I was driving from Liverpool to Brisbane the next day and had not budgeted for such a huge deposit needed as no where did the booking state ”we require a $200 bond deposit” and even the night manager stated it was a bit much. I've since spoken to other staff members, one that was quote arrogant and rude, one that was absolutely lovely, and their manager as well. The hotel is situated across the road from a pub, and directly up the hill from the Liverpool train station as well, it's 5 to 10 minute walk from all main attractions in Liverpool which isn't many as it's Liverpool sadly."

"The room is very new, the facilities are very good, it is suitable for a family to live in, the service is also very good, I will continue to stay next time, it is also very convenient to go shopping in the supermarket, there is a shaved ice shop downstairs, it is super delicious"

"Stayed here while on a trip to Sydney for my son to play football. Room was spacious and well presented as was the bathroom. Bed was comfy for a great night’s sleep."

"I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too."

"The hotel himself was really good. Quiet, big room, and clean. Could check in earlier and nothing to complain. Just the location for non car users is a bit bad, because the bus not runs until late at night."
