The service is good, but the security is poor. The place is clean and you can see the sea. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It is quiet. The bad thing is that there is a cctv at the entrance, and everything else is OK

I underestimated this hotel thinking that it's ”just another budget hotel” but after staying here for 5 nights I was impressed by the friendly staff and the in-room facilities. In this price range I didn't expect iron and ironing board to be included in the room as well, on top of the usual safe box, hairdryer, minibar, tv (of course), and wifi (very strong signal even from outside of the hotel compound). The location may look a bit dodgy, but the surrounding area is actually safe even if you're wandering around on foot. A supermarket, mini mart, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. During my stay I had no issues with the aircond/shower/parking like some of the previous reviews mentioned. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Very nice & clean hotel. Walking distance to Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang. Just the bathroom & toilet not so privacy. But for loving couple who in honeymoon mood very suitable

I would say, it's not a 5-star hotel. Here the reasons why: First of all, the hotel lift was under maintenance during my check in time and there's no sign of ”please use other lift”. I'm alone, with 2 kids, already put them in the stroller, bring the bags out and walk to the lift to find out the lift cant be used. Wasn't it tiring? First impression: doesnt feels welcoming. Second, I request for babycot. Waited for 1hr+ and no one come to prepare the babycot in our room. After 2-3 times call and confirmed that the babycot was unavailable. Unfortunately, my baby falls from the bed that night :) Based on this, I got two questions in my mind: why they didnt confirmed during the first time call? also, during my check in it's weekdays (parking lot empty) so why the babycot is not available? Iron: we are expecting a nice quality iron and comes together with an iron board. Dustbin: would love if the hotel provide a covered trash bin. Breakfast: superb, lots of varieties. the service was okay. Overall, would give an almost 4 out of 5. not even a solid 4 as our expectation was beyond the best for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my visit in Butterworth. Booked for a King room and was placed on 2nd floor. Required to pay RM2 per night & deposit of RM50. Location: 10 mins drive to Butterworth city centre, 5 mins drive to Raja Uda - main eatery area in Butterworth & BBCC (Butterworth Business City Centre), 15 mins drive to Penang Sentral (Ferry & Butterworth train station). Not much restaurants or cafe around the hotel except 1 noodle shop next to the hotel & a cafe. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel which served basic food and drinks. Room: King room is average in size. Clean and tidy. Wooden floor. Small old TV & furniture in the room. Basic amenities such as shower cap, soap and shampoo conditioner & 2 towels provided. 2 compliment bottle of water provided each day. Only 1 power plug in the room. Good free wifi. No hairdryer and iron in the room. Might provided if request. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Facilities: 24 hour CCTV monitoring in the hotel. Room key is not required to access the lift. 24 hours reception. Check in from 3pm & check out at 12pm.

The location is good, around hotel there're many restaurants, Chinese or Western or Japanese, you can find here around. Bathroom is a big one, only thing is has no window, but acceptable with this price.

Hi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.
