"Overall, we were satisfied, but during breakfast in the restaurant, the staff started carrying chairs and tables to the outside area while the guests continued to eat breakfast. The cold air coming in from outside, leaving the door open for a long time and the excessive noise there made everyone very uncomfortable. Employees had to be more careful in the environment where guests were present. Apart from that, a little more variety could have been added to the breakfast, we found the variety to be a bit lacking compared to other Ramada hotels. Cleanliness and location ***et was good. We thank you."

"This hotel isn't located at the foot of Mount Uludağ, but in the heart of ignorance and incompetence. It's impossible to find peace here, let alone rest, even for a single night. Despite the police coming twice due to the terribly loud, so-called live music that continued until 2 a.m., the callousness and lack of culture of the ridiculous and incompetent man called my manager finally led us to the police station and we left the hotel immediately! Such mediocrity and rudeness are simply unthinkable in the hospitality industry. Hygiene has completely disappeared from this hotel. The bathroom and floors are swimming in filth, the disgusting women's hair on the linens and in the bathroom, and the scenes that made us sick. I'm not even mentioning the disastrous bath! It's so cold and so cold that it's impossible to enter; it's an absolute disgrace. They've supposedly tried to maintain hygiene by filling the basins with bleach! The moment the water reaches the basin, it foams and the smell of bleach is horrific! They're so clueless they can't even begin to calculate the irreversible damage this will do to human health! This is a horribly amateurish and vulgar place to avoid. If you want to be neurotic rather than relax, come here. It's the perfect place to squander your money. I'm a victim of good reviews! Never, ever be fooled by the reviews!"
