Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities. 💕 Perfect for Honeymoon This hotel is an excellent choice for a honeymoon: Very quiet and romantic atmosphere Private balconies with scenic views Cozy rooms and chalet-style options with fireplaces Spa suites available for ultimate relaxation High level of privacy and luxury It offers the perfect mix of romance, comfort, and nature ideal for couples looking to create special memories.

Of the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!

The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was great and a good selection of variety of food for a healthy morning meal. Parking for customers is in the back. Polite staff and very helpful.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, fakat restoranda kahvaltı sırasında personeller misafirler kahvaltıya devam ederken dış alana sandalye ve masa taşımaya başladılar. Dışarıdaki soğuk havanın içeri girmesi kapıyı uzun süre açık bırakmaları ve ordaki fazla gürültü herkesi oldukça rahatsız etti. Çalışanların daha dikkatli davranması gerekiyordu misafirlerin bulunduğu ortamda. Bunun dışında kahvaltıya biraz daha çeşit eklenebilirdi, çeşitlilik az geldi biraz bize diğer ramada otellerine kıyasla. Temizlik ve konum ***et iyiydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

I always choose this hotel when I come to Bursa. The price is a lot more expensive this year, but the service is good. I will continue to choose this hotel.

The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
