"The Wi-Fi was terrible; it was barely connectable in the room, which is truly devastating for a foreign traveler. The room wasn't exactly clean; there were sticky marks on the table. The window was open, and the smell of kebabs from the street outside wafted into the room. I don't know if it was allergies, but my skin was constantly itchy when I lay in bed. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making it seem like no problem at all. They went out of their way to help me solve any of my problems. There was a guy who spoke English, whose name I forgot, and a guy who made me black tea. The staff were truly warm and helpful."
