KKagemaruIt is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

I completed the reservation with the spa option when booking the hotel, but they said that the hotel was also authorized and not served for the entry, but they had already made the information. I would ask to continue using the open pool without problems but the pool was in the incredible piste to be held with a lot of dead bees and mosquitoes. I would ask for more sensitive treatment.

GGuest UserVery average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.
