Bursa Hotels with Pools

This hotel left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the food was amazing, the staff polite, and the spa area good. But on the other hand, there were downsides: 1) The hotel is located away from the main skiing area. If there's not much snow and no ski-in access to the main slopes, they recommend taking a taxi, as there's no shuttle service. You can forget about ski-in/ski-out. 2) Although the spa area is well-designed, for some reason the jacuzzi wasn't working, and the water was cold. 3) The equipment rental and ski center in general. Firstly, they couldn't answer questions about what was operational and what wasn't. Secondly, the prices absolutely did not match the quality. Renting a helmet cost half the price of a full ski set – I've never encountered such pricing before. And of course, the prices in the main skiing area are better, even if the equipment isn't as good. My summary is this: if your main goal is skiing, and there happens to be a problem with snow, this hotel definitely doesn't justify its cost. If your goal is relaxation and the mountains in general, then I think it's an excellent option, especially if the spa area gets repaired.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tea time and treats were much better and delicious than we expected. Well done to the chef. Creating a quiet area in the spa section is a very good idea, but in this section we once encountered a family with children aged 3-4, and once we encountered interesting guests jumping into the pool. Fortunately, their fun (!) did not last long. Maybe it would be good if there was a staff member in the spa department who monitors such situations from time to time and warns them if necessary. Secondly, it was extremely hot everywhere in the spa area. The water is already quite warm, steam room, sauna etc. We also use it, but when the ambient temperature is around 30-35 degrees, it gets a little overwhelming. Also, the temperature of both pools is high, only the jacuzzi in the quiet area is a little cooler, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool instead. There are food and beverages, markets, taxis, etc. around the hotel. options available. We went as a group of friends and had a great time. It's a hotel I would definitely consider going back to. 5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was great and a good selection of variety of food for a healthy morning meal. Parking for customers is in the back. Polite staff and very helpful.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

The hotel is in the new city of Bursa, it is very convenient to go to the industrial area, half an hour's drive from the old city. The room is small, the sound insulation is very poor, the pillow is too high. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient.
