"Excellent treatment. Very clean and cosy rooms. Very recommended accommodation. If you are passing through Ibeas de Juarros this is certainly your ideal place to rest. We will repeat without doubt again."
"The hotel is really good, but the floor in the room is made of wood. If it touches you, like we were on the first floor, the noise upstairs is very annoying. Also in our case, we arrived at 5:00 am after the event, and at 9:00 am the cleaning staff made so much noise and made so many noises and noises that we had no choice but to Able to get dressed and leave without rest after informing them in person. In this regard, this is the worst experience we have ever had because it gives the impression that they want you to leave the room as soon as possible. For this reason, I will not come back, although the facilities are better than what a three-star hotel usually provides."

"This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat."
"A simple hotel near the central part of the city, there is air conditioning in the room. Strangely made a sleek. The shower and toilet are opposite each other, with a sink exactly where the toilet is."
"I appreciated how they seemed to put the women on the same side of the dorm as the women’s bathroom - it was the room was shaped in a “U” and being in a back corner section away from a loud snorer. Only one shower had a hot water handle that worked, and the floor was flooded (I think from the men’s showers on the other side). It was somewhat heated so I didn’t freeze sleeping in early May. The power in the whole town went out for some time which was concerning. This place seems to be the ONLY restaurant/market, so prices are a bit higher, but the food was good. WiFi worked well in the back of the dorm. They had a decent handwashing area. There wasn’t any newspaper (that I saw) to help dry our wet shoes."

Great
SSchickExcellent accommodation. Luxury and very well located to visit the city of Burgos walking. A very well-equipped room. A parking under the hotel but very expensive for the night
GGuest UserThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.
财财宝库Because driving from France to Madrid, Zhongtong was too tired to stay here for one night. Very few Chinese people should come to this city on purpose. Overall good. The location is good and the church next to it is also very famous. Cost-effective.
GGuest UserLovely place, beautiful and full of character, kind of seemed like we were in a palace.
Location was great for us as we needed to stop for the night on our way to Portugal. The bed was really comfortable and big, we slept 2 adults and a 2 year old really well.
The place was also super clean, as I arrived I took my shoes off and my feet were as clean as before, no dust or any dirt anywhere.
The only downside for us was the bathroom state, it definitely needs work done to it, the shower was almost coming off the wall and the black mould on the walls really put us off.
KKerry JaneThe hotel was in a great location for an overnight stopover on our way to Santander. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food to choose from and the room was very clean and comfortable. If I had one negative it was that the hotel room was tired with holes in the curtains and no hairdryer or safe as advertised. Having said that, the room being clean was more important than a few rips in the curtains and we would definitely stay here again.
II LeanThis hotel is in an excellent location. Close to landmarks, shops, and bus stations.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was very good and well stocked.
The rooms were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure.
There was an emergency light over the door that was on all night making it difficult to sleep.
I would stay here again.
IIsabelle Le GoffThe hotel is in the middle of nowhere but it is a very good place. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good. Nice place to stay for a night during a trip.
WWhats-the-dealIt is I. The outskirt of the city. Down stairs is a bar and restaurant. I was there on the weekend. So it is full of people until midnight. Service people are friendly and helpful. Would recommend
