We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

這次住的是雙房型，總體上來說是一間乾淨的旅館，地點也在海灘邊，只要步行三至五分鐘即可到達沙灘（如圖片中即為旅館邊的沙灘），還算方便，唯一令人遺憾的是櫃檯服務時間很短，平日九點到十六點，假日更只有九點到十二點，並且在服務時段外如果需要開門幫助，需支付五十澳幣。旅館另有泳池，不過使用率看起來不高，入住三天幾乎沒有看到有人使用，可能都去海邊了吧！

Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk.
The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.
We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.

TTianshimoguaiI personally like to live in this brand of hotel apartments. There are currently three stores in the Gold Coast, and each store provides various types of rooms with different prices.
This store provides a heated swimming pool, dry sauna, and gym equipment.
There are several parking spaces at the door, and you can only park for 30 minutes at a time. If you drive a car, you have to pay to park or find a parking place nearby.

11st_LoveEverything was great except the terrible weather and food outlets either all closed or terrible salads at the oasis carvery.
Plus side clean, great service, and the ribs at Fat Freddy's were excellent! Had to pay extra for car parking. View to the darling hotel and traffic noise as expected.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is clean and housekeeping services are good. The only issue is that the car park is not free. Take note if you do plan to go to the ****** to play, always take a ticket when you enter the car park and when any of your travel mates have earned 5 tier points in the ****** with the star club card, go claim the free car park and you can save on paying for it.
You can rent a car and go places like Yatala Pies and eat great pies.

WWENRUISuper nice hotel room, large, except the floor is short, others are very good, offshore, see the sea, the room is particularly comfortable and large, the sea view is first class, there is a Chinese restaurant, supermarket nearby, eat back to the hotel fried lamb, did not understand Taxi, also called the waiter of the Chinese restaurant to help call the car, there is also a warm feeling abroad.

SSilvia L.We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the ******. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

GGuest UserIt's a very convenient location, close to the beach, with a supermarket and cafe in the same building as the hotel, and it felt like a peaceful area without any noise at night.
The facilities in the room are what you would call a normal hotel, but although there was a large space by the window, there was no sofa table. (For some reason, there was a desk both at the entrance and inside the room.)
I think it would have been nice to have a table set because the Sofitel room service burger was so delicious that I kept repeating it every day at the request of my child.

福福格格兒The location of the hotel is very good ❤️It’s convenient to go anywhere, lazily chasing a show in the room, ordering a takeaway is also very fast; going out to the largest Pacific mall in the southern hemisphere and just a few steps away (across the road); the other side leads directly to the beach and the park and scenery Excellent; there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very comfortable to live in... I will stay next time.
