MMNLeoiI had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was polite and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also perfect—convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore Busan without any hassle.
One of the highlights was the overall environment of the hotel. It feels stylish yet cozy, and the facilities are well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at L7 Lotte Busan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

Room small but nice. Breakfast provided with bread, jam, rice, side dishes(seaweed, pickled radish, kimchi etc) and mains dishes(chicken, beef) and coffee.
Amenities such as foam cleanser, pajamas, instant coffee can get at lobby, toothbrush need to buy from vending machine.

During check out can keep luggage in the locker provided but maybe the staff a bit busy at that time I forget to put my another small luggage thus need request her to help me to input the password once again to activate the locker. But I saw other guests have their password on hand in a sticky note not sure why the difference of this.
Overall enjoyed the stay here, but maybe can upgrade or improvise the lift usage seems the lift a bit heavy in use during breakfast time which might need wait a bit longer as at that time we only have 1 lift available.

HhidezhaoThis place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've stayed here twice myself and have even recommended it to friends. It's incredibly convenient, with an absolutely perfect location providing easy access to buses, subways, the beach, shopping, and, most crucially, amazing food.

GGuest UserBooked a room with ocean view, and the staff is kinda to give me the highest floor (31st floor). The view is breathtaking! Loving the sound of the sea at night and the cool ocean breeze in the day. You can open the door to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view fully.
The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. I like that the hotel is environmentally-conscious, so there’s no disposable amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. it’s good to bring your own for your stay here. The room provides leather slippers and 3 bottles of drinking water. The table is long so there’s plenty of space for working.
The location is fabulous. Downstairs there’s a coffee and a bar. There’s also an olive young shop and a 23-hour pork soup shop about 50m away. Haeundae beach is about 50 m away. It is about 150m from Haeundae station. This street has a lot of shops that open late at night, and several convenience stores.

KKaidiniyaGreat stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location — just a short walk from the subway station and several bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. Within 5 minutes you can find lots of brand-name sports stores and a huge 13-floor shopping mall with just about everything you need.
Our room was small but clean, cozy, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a small but tasty selection — eggs, cereal, noodles, and bread with bacon.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The bad
- I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day.
- a semi wet bathroom
- facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor)
- toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking)
- other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan.
- I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything.
- this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

CChristian ItalyThe guesthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor accessible through an elevator.
We self checked-in and never met anyone which was a bit sad. There were many messages around about rules and many surveillance devices. We could use the shared kitchen with microwave, hot water etc.
The room was ok, spotless, smoking free (like the entire guesthouse) and had what we needed: heating, hot water, window.
Location wise is conveniently close to many bus stops and metro too.
Cons:
Strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was unbearable.
Small towels.
Window not well insulated, at night it was cold.
Thin walls, we could hear noisy guests from nearby rooms.
