Staying here means you never have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment – it was truly an unforgettable experience! It's much newer than the Penguin and Circus Hotels, offering a great experience where I finally got a good night's sleep; the bedding was incredibly comfortable. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the adorable themed decorations and cozy atmosphere! The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, furnished to be both comfortable and exquisite, spotlessly clean, and with beautiful views. The Spaceship Food Court on the 1st floor is amazing, with a gigantic curved LED canopy creating a fantastic ambiance. It combines arcade games and dining, and guests have direct access just by going downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts 7 restaurants with tons of choices, and the 15 snack stalls in the Food Market let you sample cuisines from various regions, with an average spend of just a few tens of yuan for a satisfying meal. The Coral Restaurant offers a double delight for both sight and taste, allowing you to dine while watching live coral. The hotel also has a themed shop where you can buy toys, souvenirs, swimwear, and a convenience store, so you don't have to go far for snacks and daily necessities. In your free time, you can do face painting with the kids or take commemorative photos, and the lobby bar's afternoon tea is perfect for a relaxing break. Both foodies and families with kids will have a blast! The stay was fantastic, amenities were comprehensive, and the buffet was excellent, with every detail well thought out! It also offers a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, it not only provides comfortable accommodation but is also full of fun and surprises. There's even direct access to the Spaceship Park. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent choice, highly recommended!

Arrived at Hengqin by boat, and a convenient shuttle bus immediately took us to the hotel – the whole process was incredibly smooth. We got to the hotel around noon, and storing our luggage and renting a stroller was very easy. As soon as we stepped inside, we were immediately captivated by the penguin-themed decor. Every detail, from the architectural style to the room setup, showed meticulous design, especially the fireworks view room, which allowed us to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display from the privacy of our own space.

The hotel facilities are excellent, particularly with the children's bath amenities and toilet seats provided, and our request for a crib was promptly fulfilled. The hygiene was impeccably clean and tidy, and the overall environment exuded warmth and a sense of childlike wonder. The staff were enthusiastic and always greeted us proactively, making us feel very welcome.

Regarding dining, both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the dining experience near the penguin area was especially unique. The anniversary special included a 'Ocean Kingdom Unlimited Play' package for two, which covered three theater shows. The penguin and dolphin performances, in particular, were captivating and left a lasting impression. 😊

Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from the various parks was frequent, making travel arrangements flexible and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortably firm, and the children's bed came with safety rails, which was reassuring. The bathroom had a children's bathtub set and special toiletries for kids, thoughtful details that we appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, hot water supply was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, providing a smooth user experience.

The dining options were extensive and consistently good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from delicious Chinese congee to Western pastries. The ingredients at the Sea View Restaurant for dinner were fresh, and the pricing was reasonable. The cartoon-shaped pastries and tableware specially prepared for children were a big hit with our kids.

The hotel's recreational facilities were excellent. The Water World had a dedicated and fun children's area; the indoor heated pool provided a comfortable environment; the 24-hour dolphinarium, combined with scheduled educational talks, was both entertaining and educational; and the children's playground facilities were well-maintained.

The service was very satisfying. The butler service was responsive and effective in helping us plan our itinerary and make reservations. Room cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were friendly.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

First time visiting Zhuhai Chimelong, and I chose the Circus Hotel—it was really great! The location is excellent; it's less than a 10-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom and very close to the Shipwreck Island theme park next door. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choices, and both adults and children enjoyed them thoroughly. The staff were very enthusiastic and especially kind to our baby, really nurturing their childlike wonder. The beds were super comfortable, and they even provided a bed rail! What was also fantastic was that after the fireworks show ended, there was nowhere else to go, but the Circus Hotel had a small play area where kids could continue to burn off energy until 9:30 PM. It was truly wonderful! 😁

My friend and I planned a trip to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Zhuhai, and choosing the Yinghai Hotel Apartment was definitely the right decision! The butler was super welcoming when we checked in, and proactively shared the shuttle bus schedule with us. A bus comes every 30 minutes and gets you to Ocean Kingdom in just 10, so there's no need to rush. Our room was especially spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft – it was incredibly comfortable to lie down on after a long day of fun. Plus, the balcony offered a nice view. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great. After eating, we could just hop on the bus to the park, which was super convenient. The Central Hui food street is nearby, so we had plenty of dining choices when we came back in the evening. Check-out was also a breeze, no need to queue; you just put your room card into the machine. We could even store our luggage for free. My friend and I had a completely worry-free and happy stay. The value for money is absolutely amazing, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Pros - We stayed in room 5649 at chimelong hotel building 2 from Sunday to Tuesday to avoid the weekend crowds. Very close walk to the circus and theme park with the rollercoasters. There were daily performances during our stay including guest interactive african drumming, mascots/clowns greeting guests, evening musicians in the lobby. We liked that our room had bathrobes and slippers not just for the adults but also the child and that there is a stool and child toilet seat available too.
Lobby always had background music playing, white tiger buffet restaurant has incredible huge glass windows looking onto the white tigers enclosure and another similar viewing windows setup for the flamingo/scarlet ibis/spoonbill habitat too. Kids inder 3 or less than 1m tall dine free and if it's the adult's birthday, there is a discount. No smoking smells or mustiness in the room. Puzzle designed vanity toiletries gave our toddler an activity that occupied her for ages. Good shower pressure. House keeping does a good job keeping things clean. Softplay indoor playground at rear of Paniyu foodcourt and in white tiger restaurants are great fun for kids to burn some energy. 

Cons: Swinging shower door could do with some maintenance as it looks like the top hinge will fall off the wall soon. To get to the zoo or the bird park, you can either didi or wait for the free shuttle bus to arrive every half hour after they pick up guests from.panda hotel first, which means you may have to wait for the next bus which is another half hour later. The outdoor swimming pool at hotel building 2 is closed from October onwards as per the water theme park. 

Tips: Avoid the touters who try to sell you a ride on the way to the bus stop. Also there are audio warnings at the zoo entrance to not fall for the touters who offer paid self driving safari rides as there are free safari train rides for zoo visitors included in the zoo tickets.The weekdays are SUPER Crowded at the theme parks with many many kids from various schools on an excursion outing to the theme amusement park. We believe the queues would have been less and table areas less crowded with families on the weekend. Bring some noise cancelling earmuffs for noise sensitive toddlers to use at the circus and for the african drumming in the lobby. After 5pm wait times for rides reduce to only 1-10 mins.

I booked the room through Ctrip and got a room upgrade, which the hotel honored as promised. 

There's an exclusive lounge for VIP guests, which saved us from queuing. While checking in, my child could look at picture books and watch cartoons nearby, so they weren't bored.

The floor just outside our room felt a bit sticky, and the cleaning staff promptly came to clean it.

My child stays up late, so after the park closed, we checked off the birthday stamp and took photos with the treasure hunt bear.

It was our birthday month. I heard there are special perks on the actual birthday, but the butler still gave us a souvenir, which was a nice touch! ✌️

By the way, a quick note on the three parks:
1. The Happy World is a bit old; 1-2 hours is enough to explore it.
2. Bird Park requires a short ride to get there, and it's also a bit old, but the variety of birds is impressive. Half a day is sufficient.
3. The Wildlife Park is the best one. I recommend spending two days there.

Our stay was a truly pleasant surprise! The room was exceptionally clean, with spotless carpets. Mineral water was replenished daily, which was super convenient for staying hydrated. The front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The complimentary luggage storage service from the concierge was also a thoughtful touch, ensuring our bags were secure. Our assigned room was exactly what we hoped for—clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. What was even better were the travel tips provided by the staff; they were precise and practical, saving us from a lot of unnecessary detours. The complimentary shuttle bus was fantastic, making trips to the park effortlessly convenient. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, and the food was delicious—we left feeling very satisfied. Traveling with kids can be tricky, but the hotel's Kids' Zone and children's facilities solved all our worries, keeping the little ones entertained and happy. The fish in the garden also added a lot of fun for the kids, making it a stress-free trip for us parents. The in-room safe was very practical for securing valuables, and the quick check-out box was both stylish and efficient, allowing us to check out without any waiting. The full-signal Wi-Fi meant we had no trouble staying connected, and the room attendants were attentive and quick to respond to our needs, making for an excellent overall experience. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!

Traveling on a weekday during off-peak season, the hotel was very thoughtful and upgraded us to a family room with bunk beds. My child loved it, especially since the bunk bed was shaped like a car. If you go to the Animal Hot Spring at night, many of the animals are already off duty, so you won't see them. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The only negative experience is a common issue with Chimelong hotels: rooms are often not ready for check-in until after 4 PM. However, since we went straight to the amusement park, it didn't really affect us. The front desk said they would send a message with the room number after check-in, but by 5 PM, I still hadn't received anything. I had to call the hotel myself to inquire about the room, which directly caused a delay in my luggage being delivered to the room.
