The room is spacious, all things at breakfast buffet were very fresh, people are very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time visiting Wuzhen!

It is a very nice resort for families with young children. We got upgraded to family room n we all sleep well. We got a king bed & a queen bed in this room. My children love the children area with starry light, tent, sofa. We enjoy every second in the resort by particulate in the activities. The food is also delicious.

Walking distance from the Wuzhen Xizha long distance bus station. The hotel is located opposite the road. Look for RUITING instead of Jiayuan as the Chinese and English name is differently worded. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is justified with the price. Mostly Chinese cuisine. Laundry is available. Two big and new washer together with a dry. A plus for us as we are traveling from one city to another. Reception staff Xiao Lu and Xiao Xu both rendered excellent services to us. Xiao Xu help us to carry our luggage to the lift entrance and recommended us where to eat and what time we should start our journey into the ancient town tour. Xiao Lu helps me with my Didi booking to Tongxiang Station. We also received a gift of the local delicacies Tips for those traveling from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. The best transportation is by bus. Take a bus from Hangzhou East Railway Station, bus platform located at the ground floor. Sharing the same building with a high speed train but different wings. Tell the taxi or Didii driver to drop you at the bus station entrance. Can buy a ticket on the spot. RMB45. Quite frequent. Back from Wuzhen, just grab to Tongxiang Station by taxi or Didi depending on your destination. Mine is back to Shanghai. Other destinations can buy bus tickets at the station where you stop

The exterior and lobby of the hotel are very distinctive and impressive. When I asked the front desk, I was told that it is a new hotel that will open in 2023. No wonder the decoration style is more in line with the trends and aesthetics of the past two years, especially the wall patterns and dining chairs in the restaurant are quite tasteful. The room area is not large, but the functional areas are allocated very reasonably. It should be designed by a hotel design team with solid foundation. The twin bed and double bed rooms have different orientations. At first, I envied the view of the single number, but later I found that the Zen seat in the room looking at the garden in the central courtyard also has a different flavor. The shuttle bus service between the hotel and the visitor center is also very timely. The breakfast in the all-day restaurant is very rich. The price of the Chinese restaurant is a bit expensive, but the decoration and service are good. The most cost-effective is the afternoon tea single meal in the lobby bar, which is delicious and fragrant. I will bring friends here if I have the chance.

I went out for a May Day holiday and stayed at the Landis Hotel. When I checked in, the front desk girl FF provided very good service, careful and patient. Any problems were solved in a timely manner. It happened that I had no place to print my child's information, and the girl helped me print it and sent it to the room. The room is clean and sanitary, the front desk service is very thoughtful. I went to the front desk many times to get hot water for my second child to make milk powder, and they were very enthusiastic. The hotel is very big, right at the entrance of Dongzha. The ticket for Wuzhen Xizha scenic area is expensive, not worth the price, it is seriously commercialized, just a few shabby houses, and I am very disappointed with the cultural attractions.

Having studied in the U.S., he was not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable and at home, which made my stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place with a warm and inviting atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice. The combination of attentive service and the serene lobby made it a highlight of my trip. Location is near to scenic area at about 10mins walk. Main street for costume renting and restaurants is just 3 mins walk from the back lane of the hotel. Family room is big enough to cater for group a friends. Hotel even gave a small gift before we leave.
