This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

Guest UserIt’s really the right choice to travel to Wuzhen to choose this hotel! The location is excellent, very close to the Xizha Scenic Area, you can walk directly, it is especially convenient to travel and play, and it is also very worry-free to eat and go shopping around. It is really quiet in the middle of noisy, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town and not away from the atmosphere of fireworks.
The hotel as a whole is the elegant style of the white walls and tiles in the south of the Yangtze River, the atmosphere is full, the courtyard is surrounded by green plants, and the scenery is easy to take pictures everywhere. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were complete, the facilities were well maintained, the sound insulation effect was also superb, the night was quiet and not noisy, and the sleep was particularly stable.
The service is a plus, the staff is warm and caring, the check-in is efficient, and they will take the initiative to help with luggage, and share Wuzhen play guides, niche punch points and food recommendations. Any needs can be responded to in time, as kind as family. Wake up in the morning and open the window to feel the breeze of the water town, immersive experience the slow life in Jiangnan, super cost-effective

The breakfast is simple, and the soy milk is almost cold when it comes. It is impossible to ask for an extra egg with a child, and it is also impossible to ask for an extra bottle of water. Everything is prepared in advance. The service is not bad. It is just cold. From the moment you get off the bus and enter the store, you can feel that they don't care. The inn staff will not help you with your luggage. You have to push the luggage on the cobblestone road by yourself when you leave. I am convinced. We have two large and one small suitcases, and one person pushes the cart. Think about it. We are all paid to work, so it is impossible to have warm service, right? There is no human touch. Only the people in the service center will help you with it, but they are not there when you leave. This ancient town still has a long way to go if it wants to be better. In terms of cleaning, except for the uncomfortable bathroom, everything else is okay. I can only say that the house costs 1,000 yuan. 900 for the view

Listening to a friend's introduction, the ancient town of Yuyuan is a bit beyond my expectations. The green plants, environment and service are very good. Thanks to the reception of the small ginkgo ball balls. From the beginning of the reservation, the docking service is connected to the welcome stay. It is very good. The dumpling beach is very close to the snack street. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Siwan Street (morning market and pier). The greening is really good and there are people maintaining it every day. Although there are not many passenger flow at present, I really like the current time when there are few people in Jingmei, and I will bring friends next time!

Guest UserWe chose Puyuan for this trip and booked a hotel in the scenic area. The environment is great. I would especially like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yinxing Xiaoyao. After the reservation was successful, he took the initiative to contact me, carefully asked about my needs and arrival time, and helped me plan the tour route in advance. During my stay, whether I wanted to recommend a restaurant or learn about tourist attractions, the housekeeper always helped me solve the problem quickly and considerately.
The guest room is even more of a surprise, with exquisite decoration, warm layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and impeccable hygiene. In particular, the room has a small space for playing chess and drinking tea. Today, I can see the beautiful scenery of the scenic area outside the window, and my mood is instantly happy.
The dining environment is also great, the restaurant is elegant, the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are both local specialties and Western meals. The Chinese restaurant we chose for dinner not only tasted good but also had fresh ingredients.
There are few people in the scenic area, so the photos are particularly good. Coming back to the hotel after playing is like returning to a warm home. Next time I come, I will choose this place again and recommend it to my friends!

The homestay contacted by phone one day in advance, added WeChat, and provided the exclusive parking garage positioning of the accommodation, so that we could avoid detours.
After parking, the housekeeper helped to contact the internal shuttle bus to pick us up to the tourist service center to check in. The whole process of the small ginkgo slowly and warmly accompanied the reception and explanation, and the psychological warmth was very home away from home.
The room was clean and tidy, the location was quiet, and the window was antique.
The whole park is like a large antique holiday center, with pleasant scenery and good relaxation.
At present, the flow of people is not large, and there will be no noisy and messy feeling, which is very suitable for vacation relaxation.

ShuaishuaiweigeI finally got to experience the Alila Wuzhen, which I'd been dreaming of, and the entire stay was absolutely perfect – it's my top choice for a Wuzhen getaway! The hotel itself is a beautiful waterside architectural masterpiece, with minimalist white walls blending seamlessly with the waterways, recreating a modern Jiangnan village. It feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. The winding paths and water lanes within the property offer changing views at every turn. The lighting is soft and gentle during the day, and at night, the lights reflect beautifully on the water. Every photo you take looks stunning, and the serene ambiance is just incredible. It's wonderfully removed from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, offering superb privacy, making it perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat.
Check-in was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were warm and polite, offering a welcome tea and patiently explaining the resort layout. Our Water House room was incredibly spacious with an open layout, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows brought the wetland scenery right into the room. The room was spotlessly clean, with a subtle and soothing aroma. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was expansive, with custom toiletries that had a sophisticated scent. The bathtub by the window allowed us to enjoy the garden view while soaking, which was a fantastic experience.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with exquisite Western dishes, and the ingredients were fresh. Strolling through the resort, you can visit the infinity pool and the tea house in the middle of the water. During your leisure time, you can walk around and birdwatch, experiencing the unique tranquility of a water town. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service; they would always greet us proactively on the paths and responded promptly to all our requests.
Compared to the lively guesthouses in Xizha, this place offers a more secluded and relaxed vibe. The architectural aesthetics, hardware quality, and attentive service complement each other perfectly, making it suitable for both couples' getaways and short, tranquil retreats. This stay far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Alila again on my next visit to Wuzhen.

Such price, such service and facilities, the cost performance is still very high.
Surroundings: There are many places to eat, you can walk to
Puyuan Ancient Town is only 2-3km away, and Puyuan Fashion Center is only 1km away.
The hotel is clean and tidy, and the water for showering is very large, which is very good. Fruits were also given.
The breakfast is just average, with not many varieties.

My recent stay at the Wuzhen Licheng Bieyuan Hotel was excellent. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, the service superb, and the cleanliness impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary fruit platter waiting for me in the room before check-in. The smart assistant (Xiaodu) in the room was a really smart and convenient feature. Additionally, the location offers very convenient access to transportation.
