Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good.

The location of the inn is good, very close to the exit of the ancient town service center, and there are some snacks when you go out. The staff is warm and thoughtful, at home, breakfast is an ABC package choice, rich and delicious. Stayed for two nights, the town basically visited, encountered the crew shooting, several attractions did not enter, next time to make up. There are still some attractions in development, there are not many people, but it is very suitable for hanging out and taking pictures, and with the surrounding cardigan market, it will definitely be more mature and lively in time.

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Nice hotel and service even though the room is not equipped with the high technology devices but did notice the hotel is well maintenance. Good service provided with the luggage to deliver to the room and shuttle provided to/from the hotel to the entrance. Breakfast can be improved with more varieties to be provided.

We booked Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town Pujin Hotel on Ctrip platform for our trip to Puyuan Ancient Town. Because the hotel is closest to the ancient town, we received a call from Ctrip customer service two days before check-in, thinking that we were upgraded to Meishang Resort Hotel in the ancient town. Thank you very much for Ctrip's upgrade service. Staying at Meishang Resort Hotel can take the sightseeing bus for free and unlimited times, which is very convenient for visiting the ancient town. The only regret is that the chandelier beside the bed is not designed reasonably. The chandelier is too low and you will hit your head as soon as you walk to the bed. After contacting the front desk, we arranged for the waiter Xiao Fan to help solve the problem and temporarily find a rope to pull the chandelier in a certain direction. I hope the hotel will correct the height of the chandelier as soon as possible.

From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Take advantage of the off-season to getaway in Wuzhen. The experience of staying in Wuzhen is simply full. There are several popular snack shops (wontons, sesame cakes, etc.) just outside the door. It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can experience the less crowded Wuzhen before 10 am and after 8 pm, and be an NPC in Wuzhen for a short time! This time is off-season, so there are not many people staying in the hotel. Although the hotel is built on the main road of the scenic spot, the single sound insulation is very good and very quiet. The room facilities are relatively new, and the Dyson hair dryer is well received. The hotel provides midnight snack service. Although the TV cannot be projected, you can still watch most popular dramas. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit small. I feel that everyone can order more when ordering hahahaha!

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side. We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date. I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area. My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.
