The room is spacious, all things at breakfast buffet were very fresh, people are very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time visiting Wuzhen!

It is a very nice resort for families with young children. We got upgraded to family room n we all sleep well. We got a king bed & a queen bed in this room. My children love the children area with starry light, tent, sofa. We enjoy every second in the resort by particulate in the activities. The food is also delicious.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel are very distinctive and impressive. When I asked the front desk, I was told that it is a new hotel that will open in 2023. No wonder the decoration style is more in line with the trends and aesthetics of the past two years, especially the wall patterns and dining chairs in the restaurant are quite tasteful. The room area is not large, but the functional areas are allocated very reasonably. It should be designed by a hotel design team with solid foundation. The twin bed and double bed rooms have different orientations. At first, I envied the view of the single number, but later I found that the Zen seat in the room looking at the garden in the central courtyard also has a different flavor. The shuttle bus service between the hotel and the visitor center is also very timely. The breakfast in the all-day restaurant is very rich. The price of the Chinese restaurant is a bit expensive, but the decoration and service are good. The most cost-effective is the afternoon tea single meal in the lobby bar, which is delicious and fragrant. I will bring friends here if I have the chance.

The bathtub room opened in this blind box is directly enshrined in the gods - the golden triangle of ”bed + bathtub + TV” is amazing as soon as the door is opened! The smart toilet seat is warm, and the mattress supports the waist just right. The gentleness of Wuzhen is all hidden behind this door~ (I have set the bathtub photo as a screensaver to motivate myself to work hard and come back N times!)💫

I have to praise this homestay, it is very good and convenient overall. Facilities: Very smart facilities, all can be operated directly by calling Xiao Ai, the washbasin and shower in the room are of good quality, and the water is very large, which is a good point. Environment: There are two single rooms with a yard on the first floor. Our family moved to the second floor. The first floor is full of us, which is more focused. The small yard is very beautiful. The second floor also has good lighting. Service: Both bosses and boss ladies are good. They recommended good guides, restaurants, and the best way to play in Wuzhen. The homestay is within 10 minutes' walk from the ticket office, but it is very quiet, just on the road of Ciyun Temple. Two cars can be parked at the door, and reservations need to be made in advance. Overall, it is really recommended and I will consider going next time

It was a very comfortable stay experience. The same room type in the Chunye building I changed to was owned by the same owner. The waitress was very sweet and the service was great. Even the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. The whole store gave guests a very good feeling. Friendly, the whole room is spotless, and the room is also very warm, which is suitable for northerners who are afraid of the cold. The only inconvenience is that there is no elevator and if you don't have a man to accompany you, there will be a clerk to help carry your luggage up. It's also very close to the scenic spot and can be reached on foot.

The hotel is owner operated and he is very helpful and always smiling. Her even helped us carry our luggage to the second storey. However he did not offer to carry our luggage down for us when we checked or at about 9 am. The room is large and very clean. However the pillows are too soft and i have trouble sleeping. My worst complain is the plumbing. The first night was very quiet since the room upstairs was not occupied. However the second night was bad. Every time when someone upstairs flushed the toilet it sounds like a plane taking off. Even when they shower upstairs the noise was quite annoying. I was woken up a few times because of that. I was so glad that i was checking out the next day.

Location is near to scenic area at about 10mins walk. Main street for costume renting and restaurants is just 3 mins walk from the back lane of the hotel. Family room is big enough to cater for group a friends. Hotel even gave a small gift before we leave.

The room is smart and can control the voice assistant, which is very convenient. It is a good news for lazy people. The elevator can also swipe your face when entering the room. This room is not too smart. The toiletries inside are also super exquisite. They also have makeup remover products and nail file strips. They are also equipped with a small refrigerator. Soft drinks are also provided for free, as well as coffee and tea. It's so thoughtful and awesome! When I checked out, there were a lot of things that I couldn't fit in. I didn't expect that there were bags in the closet. It was a surprise. The service at the front desk was very good and enthusiastic. They greeted us proactively and said hello to us next time.
