Service: The sister at the front desk on the day we checked in was really nice, warm and enthusiastic, and the service was really perfect! We had a barbecue in the yard on the first floor. We didn’t know how to make a fire, but my sister came to help us! Really nice people!
Facilities: The accompanying breakfast is relatively rich in ordinary hotels! We chose the room in the largest courtyard on the first floor, where six people can grill skewers and eat hot pot together!
I’ll go play next time! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Greenstone Valley ~ perfect for taking your parents on a trip!"

"This location is absolutely perfect for a family trip with kids! The hotel itself features a pool and gym, and it's right next to a shopping mall. Inside the mall, a 'Star Motion Zone' entertainment center is more than enough to keep the children entertained from morning till night. A subway station is conveniently located just outside, and there are several massive bathhouses nearby. Although we didn't book a room with breakfast, there are tons of restaurants right by the hotel entrance, and we found a fantastic hand-pulled noodle shop right across the street where we ate until we were absolutely stuffed! Highly recommended! I didn't get a chance to photograph the room, but here's a picture from the play area instead."

"I decided to go out for fun at the last minute and hurriedly booked a room with Ctrip. It was quite reliable. The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding environment is very good. It is very beautiful near the river. There is a backyard for parking. I feel safe at night. The front desk is beautiful and generous, efficient and enthusiastic. I was thoughtful, chatted a little more, and the lady recommended a lot of surrounding food, which was really nice. The room was also a surprise. It was bright, comfortable, clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. It even had a big bathtub, which was really great. I am very satisfied with the living environment at this price. "I have to say that Benxi B&B is really good and cheap. The place to live is about 4 kilometers away from the small city of Yizhuang. It is an old community, but there are many small shops around, delicious and cheap. This homestay is suitable for a family of three and two couples or friends. It is not cold to have electric mattresses. The refrigerator is easy to use. The boss prepares a complete set. The quality of toilet paper at least makes me think that this price can have this quality of toilet paper. It is really warm and sleeps quietly. Recommend"

"Facilities: The room is not big and the space is relatively compact. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator beside the bed. The TV is not clear and there are snowflakes. The paper towel holder in the bathroom is not reasonably designed. The roll paper is easy to fall off. There is a warning on the wall that the water temperature is unstable. It is very good in actual use.
Hygiene: The bedding is clean and comfortable, but there are mold spots on the wall under the shower room
Environment: The hotel is located in the small city center. It is very eye-catching and easy to find. The room you live in faces the street and is opposite the Agricultural Bank of China. It is not noisy at night.
Service: The front desk service in the lobby is warm and efficient, and check-in and check-out are quick.
Breakfast: There are coffee, milk, soy milk, porridge, eggs and bread. The buns and tofu are delicious, but the corn is too old.
Overall, the stay experience was quite good."

Although the sparrow is small and complete, the house is fully equipped with clean bedding. I originally came out to play and wanted to live clean. The price is very high. During the period, the decoration was also smashed. The boss not only did not ask for compensation, but also welcomed to Benxi for tourism. QQimiaodedengtaThe purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life.
**Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.)
**First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once:
* **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite.
* **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that.
* **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway!
* **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation.
* **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down.
* **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling.
**A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

FFeixue600We booked a triple room and were very satisfied with it, but the price was a bit high due to the holiday. May Day is not a peak season, so there are very few people and we had a great time. Our room is a room with a balcony, which the children like. We can see the swimming pool below and the river outside. The children are very happy. The water in the swimming pool is a little cold, but the hot spring is very hot and the water is good. My body feels smooth after washing. I will come again when I have time.

The hot spring pool environment is good, with pavilions, rockery and vegetation, and a good atmosphere. But maybe because of the off-season, there is no water in many hot spring pools. The kitchen can make à la carte dishes, authentic Northeastern cuisine, and the taste is good, but there is no milk and coffee in the breakfast buffet. I hope it can be added in the future. The staff is very enthusiastic and greets customers when they see them. When eating, they will also ask if they need hot water, which is very considerate!
