"Apt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage. We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night. We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray. The bathroom door was warped and would not close. The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood. Overall very disappointed. The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him."

"New, clean, and well-equipped apartment. It had a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning in both the dining room and bedroom. It also had a washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the seafront... definitely a highly recommended place."

"Went for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,  Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it. Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day. However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater. "

"It is not the first time we have stayed in this hostel and the truth is that we are very happy because the staff are very friendly and the cleaning professionals, a 10. They gave us a fairly spacious room. The location is excellent, you have the suburban train next door and many eating establishments as well."

"Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!"

"The hotel is very nice with a great sea view, swimming pool and balcony with a view, very enjoyable when the weather is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, in addition to the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers need to bring your own, the front desk can also change the change to take the bus. There are some very good seafood restaurants around. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is perfect and it is the perfect choice for a vacation."

"Me encantó mi estancia en estos apartamentos. El piso es muy luminoso y limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La empresa mostró una atención especial y resolvió todas mis dudas durante el día. La zona es cerrada y muy limpia, con un ambiente tranquilo y silencioso. A pocos pasos se encuentran la playa, restaurantes, supermercados, paradas de taxi y transporte público. Quedé muy satisfecha con mi estancia. ¡Sin duda volveré de nuevo! ❤️"

"The experience in this hotel has been good ,the tric-recruitment I have to say that by the company , there was a computer error , and we recruited for 3 people ,with all included and once made the reservation and payment , We were sent the reservation and only 2 people appeared , having paid the same amount as for 3 people , I am waiting for them to return me the amount I had to pay , for my daughter at the hotel to have access to all included , They told me they're going to solve it and I'm waiting ."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site."
