Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $250 FEE.PETSWe just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.LONG TERM STAYSAny guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.MAIL POLICYNo mail or packages may be delivered to the property.NO PARTIESNo loud noises or loud music at anytime. No events, no party's, and no gatherings. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.
