"I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel and its facilities are quite old, but the room was exceptionally clean!
The room was huge, but I found the bathroom to be very old, with a small leak in the bidet.
The air conditioning was new and great.
One of the negative points, in my case, was that they didn't have an iron in the room, and to use the hotel's one they wanted to charge me R$95.
The breakfast is simple, but it meets my needs perfectly.
The surroundings are well located, in the middle of everything!"

"I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to the commitment I had, but it is ”isolated” and is not close to the center of BH.
The towels were clean, but they had a different and strange smell: the cover was excellent and the air worked super well, but there were tracks of travel bags rod in the white walls which I consider a bad pro room look.
He was very dark, and as he was in a high floor, he had no noise, the fridge was working well and was very useful.
I was expecting more of breakfast, basically with bread and few fruit and juice options.
I was mad by the cheese bread, but it was cold, and the lucky is that the coffee starts early at 6:00, so for those who have a good deal.
Finally, it was true for me because it was only a day-to-day and it was a business trip. "

"The hotel itself is very good, staff are attentive, the cleaning of the site is excellent, the location was great for what my boyfriend and I needed and breakfast had plenty of choices than eating and quality.
The only thing I have to complain is that I left a bedroom with a couple bed and I was provided a bedroom with two single beds, I understand that due to the time I check in there were no more rooms available, But, as I had made the reservation and when I left the luggage at the reception, I hoped that when I arrived the room I reserved was available."

"Hotel located in the centre, very disturbed area for night. We are not staying at the hotel because of lack of parking, with a viewing skin indicated an external parking on a prostitute street, completely unsafe to walk the night mainly with family.
The hotel service was satisfactory, you understand our problem was helped with cancelling the reservation."

"I have been in this hotel several times and this time I haven't enjoyed the experience, because it has a lot of rotation, and quality is falling. The dressers were sweating, the towels were not soft, the bed had already lost the stick, and both the toilet and the bathroom were half-intoxicated, and there was no air conditioning control in the room. Despite this, the team is very kind and efficient, and unfortunately, even with excellent location and good price, I don't think it justifies staying there again."

AAysel_fI liked this hotel generally. It was quite good hotel with amazing breakfast. Location was also good. Near by was a drugstore, supermarket, a little shopping mall and good restaurants.

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

Ibis Savassi is close to the customers I usually visit, also having restaurants and shopping mall not far from it.
A convenient stay.
I just believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; but they don’t; simply they do not care anymore.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

GGuest UserI paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.
