"I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to the commitment I had, but it is ”isolated” and is not close to the center of BH.
The towels were clean, but they had a different and strange smell: the cover was excellent and the air worked super well, but there were tracks of travel bags rod in the white walls which I consider a bad pro room look.
He was very dark, and as he was in a high floor, he had no noise, the fridge was working well and was very useful.
I was expecting more of breakfast, basically with bread and few fruit and juice options.
I was mad by the cheese bread, but it was cold, and the lucky is that the coffee starts early at 6:00, so for those who have a good deal.
Finally, it was true for me because it was only a day-to-day and it was a business trip. "

I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies."

"Excellent stay! I will definitely return to this hotel and will always recommend it. Very helpful and kind staff. Very nice room. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast!
I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location.
After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary!
Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect.
In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay.
A 10!"

"The location is excellent especially for those who seek closeness to the region of the spark.
The room was standard, everything worked well.
The entrance to the garage is bad: anyone with a seat or a large car will have a little difficulty, and there are few vagues available to park too.
Breakfast very simple and with little variety.
The day-to-day event is very expensive for the little that the hotel delivers. It is worth a lot more to host there for the location as the Uber travel would be very expensive to a hotel more remote in days of shows or football games that are high demand. "

"”Free self-parking is available on site.” This is what is written in the Hotel description, but when I returned from a night out to store my vehicle, they informed me that the parking lot was full and that parking is available, however, subject to availability. I had to leave it on the street. Very slow internet and room phone didn't work. Otherwise everything was normal. Have a nice breakfast."

LlarafmThe room was a bit smaller than the previous one stayed, with quite worn out furniture, bedsheets and towels. AC was good, bathroom size was alright as well. The breakfast was the highlight, with great options and many local delicacies. Super well located, near a shopping mall at a walking distance and many famous pubs just across the street.

GGernieGood value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

BBrunoThe hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.
