The location is excellent, the first row by the lake, the surrounding restaurants are full of wine, the fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room. It is suitable for self-driving, but the blue paid parking space is not easy to find during the peak hours of the holiday. Not to mention the white free one. When you are 400 meters away from the hotel, you will pay attention and there will be a parking space. The hotel does not have a valet parking service. Please inform the license plate number when you check in, otherwise it will fall into the forbidden zone and the ticket will be severe.

The lake view room has a balcony. The view is beautiful and the access is very convenient. However, the WiFi signal is very poor and the network speed is slow.

Nice boutique hotel. Strategic location, 5 mins to Pescallo fishing village and 10 mins to the center of Bellagio. Hotel is very cozy and clean. Beautiful view from the room balcony. Highly recommended. Love the scenic lakeside view.

my wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good.
what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.
