Although the surrounding environment is a bit desolate, it is actually not far from the busiest commercial street in Belgrade, and can be reached by walking for about one kilometer."

"Based on the decor, this seems like an upscale hotel and it's even featured in Ctrip's selections, but the service was incredibly perfunctory. We arrived late at night and requested a quiet room, only to discover in the morning that our room was directly across from a construction site. We were woken up early by the noise and only got a room change after Ctrip intervened. Whenever we asked for something, the front desk staff would awkwardly say 'sorry, we don't have it.' This hotel has an astonishing number of rooms, yet they couldn't find a single one to switch us to, even though we were staying for three days! The breakfast was very uninspired, and the entire hotel entrance was under renovation, giving the whole place a cheap feel."

"The location is excellent, and the renovation is fresh. That's where the positives end. From my perspective, the booking cost was significantly overpriced. They seriously let me down with breakfast: it was canceled without any prior notice, even though it was critically important for me due to limited time. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel or apartment. There were also noticeable issues with security (lock codes are too simple, allowing unauthorized access) and poor sound insulation. The towels weren't visible but were stored in the cabinet under the sink (a minor detail, but it raises questions about the service). The price does not match the quality and reliability of the services."

"The hotel is new and located in a newly developing area. Consequently, city-view rooms overlook construction sites and cranes. It's beautiful and clean. However, the service doesn't meet the standards of the St. Regis chain (we stay at different St. Regis hotels in various cities). There were no shaving kits, no turndown service, and no welcome amenities in the room. The bathroom lock was installed backward, making it impossible to lock from the inside, among other issues. Parking is also expensive at 50 euros, even for a motorcycle. On top of that, two motorcycles were parked in a single space."

Even though we had a room almost at street level, we couldn't hear any noise. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a large shower. Towels, slippers, and a bathrobe are provided. The breakfast is excellent, with a well-stocked buffet. The hotel has a free spa. The staff is friendly and helpful."
