I downgraded the rating for stains on the walls, curtains, and nightstand. I didn't like the breakfast. The young man at the reception, working the evening shift, was not very polite."

Spa center is not free but it is super cheap. No slipper, but for the price I have paid, didnt expected any extra amenities, the kindness of the staff was overwhelming."

"My husband and I spent 3 nights very recently in this fabulous 4★ hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very warm and friendly young lady at the reception. In fact all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean as is the bathroom and the guests are supplied with a whole box of free bathroom products. We really enjoyed going to the spa which which was just perfect for a bit of chill out time. The breakfast buffet whilst small still offered a very nice choice of local products to start the day. We chose this hotel because we were visiting friends who live very close to the hotel and the fact that everything was so perfect came as an unexpected bonus to our trip. Highly recommend this little gem in Belgrade and we will most certainly stay at the Xenon Hotel again on our next visit."

"Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a few hitches. The standout features were the comfortable bed and the peaceful location, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight, boasting cleanliness and a cozy little bar under the shade, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel is conveniently located within a five-minute walk from various restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Negative points: The breakfast options were limited, though it was nice to see gluten-free bread available. The coffee quality was disappointing, which could be improved. We also noticed an unpleasant odor from the bathroom when the door was left open, and while the air conditioning worked well, it was quite noisy. Lastly, for those looking to explore the city, the hotel isn’t very central but there is a bus station nearby, which provides some solace."
