The hotel itself and service was all first class and would highly recommend a stay. They organised our day trips, valet parked our hire car and were on hand to answer all our questions. The breakfast sets you up for the day and plenty of options to eat and drink in the evening. We will be back!!"

Overall, this is a good value-for-money hotel if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Belfast. I would recommend it for solo travellers, couples, or short business trips."

"The Premier Inn is in a perfect part of Belfast. It is just south of Donegal Square and the city centre, but also near the Linen Quarter. It's a clean and safe area for tourists and not in the middle of the hubbub. Aaron on the front desk was really helpful and gave us advice on what to do and how to get there. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Ibis hotel in Belfast, like all Ibises, is a transit hotel. Very little interaction with the staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but for this hotel it was rather well optimized. The food is very basic. We did not try the breakfasts. The Ibis hotel is well positioned for visits, however as it does not have parking, you have to plan for an additional cost if you are by car. The main thing is that we slept well there."

"We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,"

"The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach."

"The hotel seems to be purely business-oriented, with simple facilities. The best part is its location; it's very close to the City Hall. We booked a day trip to the Giant's Causeway, and the meeting point was on the west side of the City Hall in the morning, so we weren't in a rush. It's also very close to Grand Central Station, making it very convenient to take a bus to Dublin."

"Services are good for the price. Good breakfast. Near city center, many restaurants in the area. Staff at reception are wonderful, very positive, friendly , and helpful. No complain at all. Room service staff need more training, they seems forgetful not adding coffee and creamer. Some day they come to clean my room around 4pm. Small gym with few equipment but they all works well. But the floor may need more cleaning."
