Instalaciones muy limpias y la opción de parking gratuito excelente. El desayuno bastante variado pero una vez se agota algo, no suelen volver a sacarlo, aún así bastante bien. 10/15 minutos andando a la parada de tranvía

The room is very big. The double bed is good. The facilities are new. The food can be cooked. The transportation is not convenient. You can call Uber. You can feel good at the train station.

There is a supermarket a few steps away. 🧹 Health: Health is barely ok. 🍃 Environment: The environment is generally his windows are closed but the room is not very big overall. If there are two beds, it seems crowded. 🔔 Service: Breakfast service but additional tax is required when staying about Euro 5.4

The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room.

When I checked out, I was charged for breakfast that I didn't use. When I complained, the front desk lady said in French, ”Oh, you're Japanese, that's annoying.” I could hear her and understand what she was saying. Please be aware that the front desk lady is completely discriminatory towards Asians.

It was close to Saint-Jean Station and a good place to stay alone. It was clean and well used, and I stayed safely by choosing a women-only room. However, it was dangerous to walk from Saint-Jean Station to the hostel at night, so I took a taxi.

Kind and friendly front desk ladies & gentlemen, with Carrefour supermarket and few restos nearby, metro is only less than 10mins walk away from hotel

The hotel's breakfast is good, that is, the variety is too small, the price is small, the hot chocolate is super delicious, highly recommended. The hotel is just opposite the high-speed rail station. It was chosen for the convenience of the train, but the surrounding security is normal and avoid going out alone at night.

The hotel is right across the road from the train station and tram/bus stops. I had a nice stay except for two things. First, the tap/shower water was too hot. A hotel staff showed me how to adjust the water temperature and said it was like this all in France. I of course disagree. I had stayed in two ibis hotels in Paris and Nantes just before checking in this Mercure. I had stayed in countless hotels throughout my 30 years of travels in Europe and had never encountered this ”scalding water” issue. In any case, the solution was to let the water run an exceptionally long time till the very hot water ran out. Then I could adjust the temperature. I come from a place where people treasure fresh water and find this unacceptable. As the hotel take international guests, perhaps there should be notices/instructions in the bathroom on how to deal with this ”scalding water” issue. Second, the coffee provided in the room was below expectation. A 4-star hotel should do better than that. I was glad about the kettle in the room, though.
