GGuest UserCame with my girlfriend on a diving trip for 6 nights at the koh Tao cabana. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks if you can. Super nice area on the beach all reserved for this resort. The breakfast was also very nice and loved the Thai options as well as the western food options. The rooms can be individual cabanas on a hillside so it is a little bit of a walk up but this didn’t bother us. We would stay here again and very happy with our experience. Thank you Koh Tao Cabana!

AALEXEYIt was amazing time in Lub D hotel in Koh Tao. Super friendly staff provided support on every step: transfer from and to pier, new and clean rooms, very good breakfasts, every day some interesting entertainment, swimming pool, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, etc. Tanote bay is tropical paradise. Amazing snorkeling starts immediately when you step in water. Also you can find several good restaurants on the beach with affordable prices. Only one disadvantage - always not enough days in this lovely place.

GGuest UserVery cost-effective seaside cottage, the environment is very good. The seaside restaurant is a great place to enjoy the sunset. The front desk lady can enthusiastically arrange all the itinerary for you. The fly in the ointment is that there is no arrangement to pick up the boat on the day of arrival, and it is delayed for a long time to make a good call.

VvitriolvmWell, when I searched for a room I set the app filter for ac, but filter works even if just one type of rooms in hotel have ac, and photos of different types of rooms presented alltogether. So I got a room with 2 noisy fans instead of ac, that was peculiar experience and I'm not gonna repeat it 😆 And the most disappointing thing is the absence of fridge, but ok, that's maybe the lesson for me to be more watchful On average that's a great hotel, beautiful and nice personal and everything

Fff88Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.

GGuest UserPros: Hotel in a very central location on Sairee Beach. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms. Dive school right on the complex. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes: 7/11, restaurants, tour desk, etc. Pool with pool bar and restaurant right on the beach. Pool is large and overlooks the sea. Friendly reception staff. Free pick-up service from the pier if you arrive by ferry. Cons: Due to the central location and the parties on the street and beach, it's quite loud at night, with music, bass, and loud partygoers in the complex until late into the night. Therefore, not necessarily a hotel for a family vacation. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had in Thailand, even in hotels of the same category. Limited selection, poor presentation, dirty tables, and truly disinterested and unfriendly staff. Better to eat breakfast outside!!! No shaded loungers on the beach, and too few loungers at the pool overall. With three people, we often only got one or even no loungers. Conclusion: If you eat breakfast out and don't mind the noise at night, or if you're partying anyway, this is a good hotel in a central location on Sairee Beach.

AAnonymous UserI stayed in the garden view room for 10 days. There is a pretty good sea view through the trees, but you do have to climb up some fairly rickety stairs to get up there which won’t suit everyone. PD is only 10 minutes from the pier, but it’s a very hilly journey and it does feel a bit remote, although Chalok beach is a rugged 20 minute walk and has shops, banks, restaurants. The room did feel a bit overpriced as did the restaurant, but the food is all very decent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and contributed to a very pleasant stay. Overall we had a very nice time but if I went back to Koh Tao I might have to stay somewhere more accessible, but if you want peace and quiet and you’re a confident bike rider or don’t mind a walk for getting around I would definitely recommend PD.

NNataliaThe hotel is old, but very conveniently located. Everything is nearby. Not noisy. We booked a room with a pool view, but they gave us a huge room with a sea view for free 👍 The room is huge, sunny with a gorgeous view. Delight! The hotel itself was once great, but now everything is old, shabby, falling apart. Overall, it's bearable for 3-4 days. Keep in mind that there are a lot of insects and terrible centipedes that crawl into the room - this is very scary for children. The prices for food and beer in the hotel are the same as in the cafes nearby. You don't have to go and eat at the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea.

GGuest UserThe location is near the end of the beach, so it's a bit of a walk to get to the ”main area”, but the distance is easily walked along the beach. This is also somewhat of a blessing, as it reduces the noise level at night. We stayed in an AC bungalow, which was nice. However, the shower had very poor water pressure, and there are no curtains on the windows, despite the fact that the other bungalows and rooms can look directly in on you... We had to find cardboard to cover them... They have a restaurant on site, which is priced higher than some of the restaurants in the main area, but *most* of the food is good (not great), and the staff are really nice, so we ate there relatively often (as it was better than walking back and forth to the main area). Despite some relatively minor annoyances, we'd happily stay there again, depending on the price.

GGuest UserYou will have amazing views from the room and the truth is that the staff is very attentive and always eager to help. What I didn't like is that the photos do not match reality and the Risort is still under construction, it has great potential but it has many things to improve, the bed is not comfortable at all for the price paid, the decoration of the room It is very basic, it does not make you feel like you are in a superior Risort which is what you see in the photos, you will have the views, but do not expect great comforts, then it is built on a cliff and the hill to go to the exit of the Telita hotel hahahaha I find this difficult for older people, even though I believe that if it were home they have a golf cart in which they took our suitcases that could be used**** to help the elderly. Another good thing and I recommend yes or yes is taking the boat from the hotel to the small island next door, it is 3 minutes but it is an incredible place that you cannot miss if you go, they also offer the option of renting a motorcycle, which is super good because you already pick it up from the hotel and when you leave you can leave it right there. That saves you the trip to another motorcycle agency of which there are a thousand! In short, I recommend it because the stay, if I compare it overall, was good but don't expect great luxuries.
