The staff paid careful attention to satisfying our every need and personal food requests that were happily accommodated by the hotel’s chef. Having fallen ill while traveling, the hotel doctor was readily available for a consult and prescribed medication within a timely manner. The visit to the spa was relaxing and all rooms were well-maintained. The therapist was able to provide treatments on our individual needs. The room was beautifully decorated with a private pool and garden, this meant that we were lucky enough to have our breakfast with a magnificent sea view🌊. 小小K宝宝Compare to Lux Belle Mare and Lux Grand Baie, Lux le morne is a disappointment in terms of service level. The structure of the buildings look nostalgic but it’s well maintained. The level of hygiene seems to be high. I love the beach which has the best on the island. But it is a shame they couldn’t utilise this. If you imagine the other two lux hotels I mentioned above are for Waitrose and harrods sippers then this le morne hotel is for Tesco shoppers. They made mistakes in billing and quality of drinks is mediocre. I can do better at home.

GGuest UserWe really liked the hotel: comfortable, cozy, quiet at night, first line, private clean beach with a beautiful view, which was cleaned every morning especially for the comfort of guests. The only thing to consider is that you definitely need to rent a car here, because taxis are expensive and take a long time to wait. But we rented a car, so everything was great. I played golf on the local course, and my wife and I also went to the spa, where Kevina and Sweta gave us a very good massage. There are a lot of small lizards on the territory, but this is a typical story for Mauritius, there are a number of insects that the staff actively fights, and at breakfast you can be bothered by rather impudent sparrows. But the hotel was so good that we did not pay attention to these little things. In general, the hotel is top. I recommend it. Despite the four stars in the hotel rating, it is much higher than many five-star Turkish hotels.

土土豆啊蘑菇The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop. Go to the hair ball and try to avoid Sunday. We had 2 weeks of this trip, which was wasted. The public holiday supermarket of Zhoumao Maoshu was closed, the hotel was closed, and the project did not have to play.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is absolutely stunning. The hotel offers many complimentary activities like pedal boats, paddleboarding, and snorkeling; for snorkeling and the glass-bottom boat tour, I highly recommend booking early. Breakfast was average. We had lunch at the Wave restaurant, but the taste was nothing special. If the price difference isn't substantial, I'd recommend sticking to a breakfast-only booking, as the hotel's other dining options are pretty unremarkable. During this weather, the north side experiences calmer waters, but activities such as helicopter tours to the waterfalls, the zoo, and boat excursions are all concentrated in the south and southwest. If you have ample time, I'd suggest staying at least two different hotels.

MM252981****The room was just so-so, and the bed sheets had stains. The marble floor hadn't been cleaned at all; when I wiped it with toilet paper, it was covered in dirt. The bathroom sink was spotted with something, like small pockmarks. The sofa on the balcony had a layer of yellow mud on it; definitely don't sit on it unless you lay down a towel first. However, the sunset was really beautiful when the weather was good.

Very clean and confortable room, good breakfast buffet, though dinner buffet is sometimes of lesser quality. The staff is overally very nice, I recommend to stay there if you have a rental car, or you prefer to stay and relax by the pool or beach.
