익익명리뷰어I booked a newly built hotel, and it was clean.
The location is a little far from the city's main tourist attractions,
but the ocean view is in front of the beach, so the view is great.
Is the high price due to the ocean view? The ocean view itself is beautiful, but the room is smaller than I thought, which is disappointing.
There is only a shower booth, no bathtub.
The general score of the room does not cover the high price,
but the ocean view from the window is great.
There are no advantages to the high price of the room,
and the overall service of the hotel is disappointing,
so I will not stay here again.

WWanderlustfoodieGreat location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again.
Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with our stay, the staff were helpful and accommodating and the facilities were excellent. We were a bit worried about the hotel being away from everything, but the bus that departed from out the front every 20 minutes to the old town made getting around Dubrovnik very easy.

AAobfoodieThis was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

Xxiaoding312Booked a sea view room, you can see part of the sea when you open the window, the environment is good, and the hotel chain has a beach and swimming pool where you can swim unlimitedly.
There is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes away from the hotel. The owner is from Zhejiang. The food is very good and the price is not bad.
It is about 7-8 minutes away from the bus station, and the bus to the old town takes about 15 minutes.
The hotel breakfast is very simple and has not changed in 4 days. Maybe foreigners really have nothing to change.

DDaqingSuper Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Shower is one of the best with good water pressure for all of the hotels that we have stayed in Europe. Great and friendly services. If you are busy visiting the city, there is not much value to book the Rooms with sea view and balcony. Parking is extra at 12 Euro per day.

The pool area is spacious with spa options, but the water isn’t temperature-controlled. Breakfast had many choices, though the taste was average. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and assisted me in getting the Dubrovnik Pass, which I appreciated.

AAndrei PosokhovExcellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.
There are no questions about nature.

BBo hyeWe booked the Vis Hotel, but due to technical issues, we were assigned to a different hotel. From what I've seen on Google reviews, this seems to happen quite often. We ended up staying at the Komodor Hotel. The hotels around there are all in the same community, so if there's a problem with one hotel, they'll move you to another hotel.
The hotel was located right in front of the bus stop, so it was easy to get to Old Town, and the staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was also delicious. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the hairdryer was very weak and old. If you need a hairdryer, you should bring your own.

LlanzoThe hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance done and the lift was out of action all the time we were there. I could see it was a very good hotel in its day. The staff all friendly and helpful and the food was good in the restaurant. We had the buffet one night; it was good value at 23 Euros.
Breakfast is a buffet which is good but it is a very busy restaurant with seems to be full of tour companies staying there. My only real complaint was the hotel not having a safety deposit box in the room.
