GGuest UserThe hotel has unparalleled sea views, the room is large, and the sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed. If three people are traveling, it will be no problem. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel staff are very friendly and they took the initiative to help us carry our luggage up the steps.
The breakfast is very good, right on the edge of the cliff. You can order fruit, yogurt, main dishes and other random dishes. They are all local specialties and full of ritual.

GGuest UserLocation is good, located in Dubrovnik new town. The new town beach is 15 minutes walk, 10 minutes by bus from the bus terminal, 15 minutes by bus from the old town, so it may be better to catch a hostel in the busy old town.
The hostel is very tidy and the host is very friendly. If you ask in the morning, you will provide coffee and simple food with good wind in a sunny yard. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days very satisfied.

PPreaw FelionajjLocation is good that is in old town and near everything. Room is comfortable.
However, for check-in process, they just left room key on the table and we need to pay CASH for the room. No any note how to pay then we need to contact them via WhatsApp and appoint them for pay cash at hotel. They just tell the time that they available and it’s so annoying because we go out for travel but we need to back to hotel for payment 🙄🙄🙄

MMyLittleTravellerNice hotel with small kitchen. Besides stairs a bit steep, to be careful while walking up the stairs (and carry luggage), others are fine. Great location, can enter through Ploce gate to avoid the long stairs down to hotel. Great breakfast set served in room. Baby cot available upon request

AalexRoom was great. Kitchen had a ton of dishes that we could use. Kitchen was outside and separated from the house which was nice to eat outside. Location was good but a lot of steps to the old town. Lots of walking but overall room worked great for us.

WWhitehairThis place is a little out of the way but you can get the number 7 bus pretty close to it, then walk up the hill a bit. It has a great view from the terrace, if it's not too hot to be out there. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size, shower is in a bath.
The wifi was fast and the air-conditioning was a must for the hot weather.
This was a nice stay, no complaints.

I am a seasoned traveler world wide and I have stayed in a lot of 3-4 star places but this one I would rate as a 1.5 star.
I was so disappointed in my room it looked like a run down storage room not like a nice comfortable room like the pictures display at all on the booking site.
There was no air-conditioner as stated in the amenities list, nor was there a TV as stated in the amenities list as both TV and Air-conditioner were not working there was an issue with the room door unlocking it .
Also the bedroom flooring was old and worn carpet that had stains and dried vomit on it.
There is no safe in the bedroom as stated.
There was an air cooler and pedestal fan in the room which only just made it bearable on a hot day and night.
There is no parking if you have a car . There are five flights of narrow stair to climb with luggage. If your on the top floor. There is not lift.
The room has a very much lowered wedge shape wall /ceiling that takes up a lot of room and you can injure your head if your not careful in the dark.
There is no concierge as stated in fact most of what has been stated as the amenities and parking is a big lie as they either don't exist or they don't work.
With what I paid I could gave gotten a better room for the same money somewhere.
The managerr never showed up so I could talk to them about the issues. From what I have read else where in reviews this accomodation is really bad and in my thoughts this place and the owner of this business need a good shake up or shut down as they really don't care about the clients. It just about ripping people off and taking money. I highly recommend not booking this place as it is really bad.
