"The location is good. Not in the middle of centre but not far from the CBD. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel; Nando, Costa, Burger king. There is a subway station near the hotel, just 10 mins walk. The room is ibis’s standard. The toilet and shower room is separate. In the shower room, only head to toe bath, no hair dryer but you can borrow at the reception. The staff are nice and friendly. All in all, recommend when stay in Glasgow."

"The cleanliness was pretty subpar; there was even chewing gum stuck to the bath towel. The room itself was decent, and the air conditioning worked really well. "The place was clean nice and quiet. However the wifi signal I would say was one of the worst that I have ever seen, let alone I was in one of the closest rooms from the front desk. Service was fine in general but on the second last day of my stay, the LED light strip got dismounted and fell, some might see it as a big deal but it didn't really bother me. I was on a tight schedule so my first available opportunity to let them know about it was when I came back at the end of the day, to my surprise their front desk initial response didn't seem to be apologetic instead was questioning when did it happen and why didn't I let them know earlier. I hope that wasn't a standard level of their front desk service."
