Kkk85We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Seriously- wow. The bathroom was fine and the shower was amazing. Some dust and little dirt here and there but overall ok. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but did go to the champagne bar and absolutely loved it. The drinks, staff and view- spectacular.The staff at reception were so bubbly too: The only thing I would change would be the coffee in the room as it was terribly weak. Overall great experience.

GGuest UserMy stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. The staff on arrival were helpful and provided me with all necessary information upon check in. Sadly, I was disappointed when ordering from the hotel resturant. My son wanted a pizza and the menu provided a list of three types. When ordering, I was told that there was only one type which wasn’t listed on the menu. I found the food to be of substandard which is disappointing given the price. Equally on check out, I advised that the bathroom had a build up of dirt and hair around the shower tray. I was told “apologises, this is a housekeeping issue”. I voiced my disappointment regarding the food to just be told “sorry”. Lastly I expressed my disappointment that I was charged £12.99 per person for a breakfast buffet. I felt this was a bit steep considering my under 5 ate half a croissant. The front desk only advised that usually they did not charge for under 5’s and would need to take this up with the app I booked to is stay through. No solution or refund were offered.

GGuest UserNice hotel but please watch out when they ask for your card details just in case you spend anything. £50 has been pending from my account for just under a week when they said it would drop off. Cheeky & calculated move so watch out for this. Also they are impossible to get hold of 👎🏻

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt, but the real standout was the scenery. My room overlooked the river, and waking up to the calm water and soft morning light was incredibly relaxing. In the evening, the view became even more beautiful, with reflections of the sunset creating a peaceful atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel more special and memorable. The room itself was well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows that made the most of the view. I also appreciated how quiet it was—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service added to the positive experience. GGuest UserSpotlessly clean with everything provided for a comfortable stay. A bit away from the centre which meant it was quiet but quite a walk to the centre. Would certainly stay again. Breakfast Saturday was really good, piping hot with plenty of choice. Sunday morning Breakfast was nearly cold and bacon and sausage dry and over cooked. Same time so no excuse. We did let them know at the time

GGuest UserWe went to the hotel a little earlier than check in time as we were going to the glee, managed to get checked into our room early and put our bags in and get settled before leaving. 1st time Mum and Dad so this was a much needed night away to ourselves for comedy, dinner and drinks. We arrived back to the hotel at a reasonable time and went up and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room and enjoy the bath, well needed soak and rest. To top it all off we were both sprawled out on the king sized bed and out for the count for much needed catch up on sleep. Everything that we needed from the room was perfect and hassle free, no noise from the outside or from the bar downstairs and the leisure of an 11am check out allowed up to get up and ready at our own pace. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
