"I had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and supportive they also allow me 15 minutes Extra as I was bit late for checking out apart from the issue with wash basin as instantly they fix it. I am recommending this place."

GGuest UserStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

DDijana VWe had a very pleasant stay at the Heathlands Hotel in Bournemouth and would happily recommend it. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay. When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our luggage so we could continue exploring Bournemouth, and they kindly agreed — which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service. We would definitely return. Dijana

GGuest UserWas ok, but to be honest the room and actually hotel were very dated. And the pool facilities in terms of changing were totally inadequate. Breakfast was ok, and thd location was decent. But having to pay extra for parking when I was a paying guest was poor.

GGuest UserBooked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

HHaohanxingchenzhifuI have lived a few times because of the location. Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time Room size is small Breakfast is so-so Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs. The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep... Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok
