"Extremely bad. The elevator was broken when we arrived at the hotel that day, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. There was no staff service whatsoever. The room felt like a motel, or perhaps even worse than a motel. The dust on the chandelier was so thick that I was afraid to breathe too loudly, fearing it would fall onto the bed. The rust on the bedside lamp was disgusting, and there was only one power outlet in the entire room, located in a corner. After putting my daughter on the bed, I didn't dare let her get down because of the stains on the dark blue carpet, which didn't show up in photos. If you have a reservation, cancel it quickly; seriously, this price is a rip-off."

"We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure."

"I'm giving 5 stars based on the staff's behavior and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. My room was clean, as was the bathroom, the bed, and the room in general. I'm not the type of person who wastes time checking under the bed, behind the bedside table, or the TV. The room was clean, period. People often complain that the hotel is old, but you get what you pay for. It's not a 5-star hotel, otherwise I would pay much more for the room. My only complaint is about the guests. Some people don't know how to behave in a hotel and still think they're at home. The rooms aren't soundproof, and everyone notices this when they hear someone talking loudly in the next room. That being said, people should be more respectful and not behave as if they were at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but the lack of respect people have for each other. I had no problems in my room. Some guests shouted, spoke loudly, or banged on doors, which, thankfully, didn't happen every day. But, should any problem arise, my rating would be based on how the staff handled the issue, not on the problem itself, since problems happen in any hotel, even the most expensive ones. Definitely I will go back and I bet they still remember me 😊"

"Lovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!"

"The hotel itself is nice by premier inn standards, the rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Sadly though the hotel is next door to a hotel that has weddings on weekends and they have a 12pm noise curfew - our rooms were on the side of that hotel and the windows are not sound proofed at all so it sounded like we were playing the music in our own room very loudly. We were unable to sleep until the music stopped and the hotel was fully booked so could not move us and they did not have ear plugs. If there is a wedding at the neighbouring hotel you will not sleep well at all so I’m not sure I’d risk staying here again. It’s a shame because the location is great near the beach."
