Royal Bath Hotel ★★★★
"Stunning Views and Great Service, but Watch the Extras My wife and I stayed here from Friday to Sunday and had a lovely experience overall. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff—to our surprise, they upgraded us to a beautiful sea view room without us even asking! The Good: Location: Simply unbeatable. It’s a very short, walkable distance to the beach and local attractions. Service: The team was welcoming and proactive. The Not-So-Good: Extra Charges: We were disappointed to find that leisure services (pool/gym) come with a fee of £5 per person, per day. Parking: It is quite expensive. Honestly, you might be better off looking at nearby public parking lots, which are more budget-friendly. Overall, a great stay for the location and the view, just be mindful of the add-on costs."
Hilton Bournemouth ★★★★
"Great breakfast, good location and service with a smile"
The Grove Hotel ★★★
"Lovely staff, pretty basic room and no air con but very very comfy bed! Clean and chilled feel to it"
Trouville Bournemouth - OCEANA COLLECTION ★★★
"I was originally allocated a signature family room on the second, room 213 but when I entered the room the beds were unmade and there were lots of dirty towels in the bathtub, this was at 16:30 and all the chambermaids had gone home ! I immediately informed the hotel staff and was allocated a smaller double room on the third floor, room 308, which had a great sea view, but was very hot and the water pressure in the bathtub and the shower was next to nothing, as it driped out slowly ! Not to mention the loud banging doors ! I had to keep the fan on all the time otherwise I could of fainted ! Be careful when booking with this hotel, but still good value for money !"
Heathlands Hotel ★★★
"It's very close to beach. They serve nice English breakfast"
Best Western Plus the Connaught Hotel Spa ★★★★
"We got upgraded as soon as we came which was nice However there were hairs in the bathroom floor And a little mark on the bedsheet but it was sorted as I spoke. Over all it was a good place to stay"
Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth ★★★
"Hotel is clean and tidy, there is a hill to walk up .? We have stayed at Hampton Hilton a few times , unfortunately like most things there are cut backs . In the scheme of things they are small , Breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms, they used to serve small chocoate muffins , disappeared , instead of being an outstanding breakfast its now just average at best . Quilt on the bed very thin for December. But all in all it’s okay ."
Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa ★★★
"Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly during my visit. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others."
Hotel Collingwood, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western ★★★★
"We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure."

The Hermitage Hotel - Oceana Collection
"Nice hotel with amazing view. Hopefully if I got a chance in the future I would come back."
Cumberland Hotel - Oceana Collection
"A beautiful hotel with lovely outdoor pool area which is nice to sit around day or night. Breakfast ,lounge areas & room were all great.Drinks were very reasonable. Only negative was sunbed frames were all broken underneath so quite uncomfortable to sit on and hotel car park was very compact but it's actually cheaper to park outside in the street.Staff were all very friendly & helpful we will definately return. There is a steep walkway from hotel down to beach & into Bournemouth town."
Travelodge Bournemouth Seafront
"We had a good stay over the weekend at the Travelodge Bournemouth Seafront Hotel. The beach and other amenities are in a walkable distance from the hotel. The reception staffs were friendly, especially Bibin was very helpful. The room was too hot and there was no aircon - this was the downside, hope Travelodge will pay attention to this."
Sea Stone Hotel
"The room has a great location, very close to the beach and pier. It's clean, tidy, and affordable. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is decent, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."
Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
"This hotel was great, far exceeding my expectations! The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other Marriott hotels I've stayed at in the UK. The pool and restaurant were also excellent. Definitely recommended, especially for a summer trip!"
Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa - Oceana Collection
"We had to wait till 3:00pm to check in and when we arrived the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait for nearly 30 minutes and when we finally got into the room, the bins had not even been emptied, the smell of the previous guests food rubbish that was still in the bin made an awful smell in the room. We located a cleaner but they said they couldn’t help. Very unprofessional. The toilet roll was all on the floor in the bathroom."
Suncliff Hotel - Oceana Collection
"Customer service poor. Not very friendly or helpful. Not a welcoming reception. Not enough staff at the bar, always during for ages! Food ok, nothing special. Would not visit again"
The Lodge at Meyrick Park
"Can’t fault this place. Everything ran smoothly."
Travelodge Bournemouth
"Check in quick and easy amd reception staff nice and helpful. When getting to the room the smell of urine was overwhelming and i traced the smell to a bed!!! Reception staff moved our rooms for us pretty quickly. Room was unbearably hot throughout our stay with just 1 fan which was thick with black dust and so was the bathroom extractor fan. The rest of the room was generally clean enough. Stripped the beds at the end of our stay to try and help the housekeeping staff who must be absolutely melting in those rooms and the pillows and duvets (on kids beds) were stained. Parking was interesting in a tiny underground car park which held about 15 cars. Cost us about 20 quid for 2 days to park in. There were rats everywhere in the front and back car park and on the path at the side of the building. Even managed to kick one (by accident) on the way to the car one day! Food and coffee was good at breakfast but the breakfast room was so hot and humid it made it a horrid experience Unfortunately. Staff in the breakfast room were absolutely rushed off their feet trying to keep up with the amount of people at breakfast and cleaning tables. 15 min walk to beach which was nice and short drive into town."
Applewood Hotel
"We stopped for one night only. Arrived early and wete offered to leave the car on their property and we could go to enjoy the beach. Room was nice and clean, as we had family room pur 2 kids enjoyed double bed bunk. I would a simple, clean with a good location family hotel."
Premier Inn Bournemouth West Cliff
"Excellent service great value for money. Breakfast was very good . No complaints whatsoever. Better than the established hotels in bournemouth"
Boscombe Spa Hotel
"A very pleasant stay & great hospitality + BIG thanks to Raj for the lovely breakfast"
