Only negative was sunbed frames were all broken underneath so quite uncomfortable to sit on and hotel car park was very compact but it's actually cheaper to park outside in the street.Staff were all very friendly & helpful we will definately return.There is a steep walkway from hotel down to beach & into Bournemouth town."

"We had to wait till 3:00pm to check in and when we arrived the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait for nearly 30 minutes and when we finally got into the room, the bins had not even been emptied, the smell of the previous guests food rubbish that was still in the bin made an awful smell in the room. We located a cleaner but they said they couldn’t help. Very unprofessional. The toilet roll was all on the floor in the bathroom."

"Staff were so helpful and friendly. The view is amazing and it is a short walk into town. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Although there were renovations going on, it did not impact on our stay. The only downside is the very small lift which was also out of order one afternoon and we had to use the stairs up to the 4th floor. We thought the breakfast was really nice and good value for money. We would definitely recommend and will likely be back ourselves."
