NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

IImalion974La chambre est propre, l'hôtel typiquement anglais mais le service laisse à désirer...Les jeunes réceptionnistes, rien à dire, courtois mais une réceptionniste nous a traité comme des bandits qui viennent volé...alors que nous etions en costumes...elle a compris très vite son erreur quand on lui a dit que nous logeons dans l'hôtel et que c'était normal de visiter et de chercher la psicine, le fitness... Et le check out...ne m'en parlez pas....heureusement que la jeune receptionniste a rattrapé l'erreur de son collègue...je trouve impersonnel... Pour la chambre, pour un 4 etoiles, il est où le frigo?

GGuest UserSpent a lovely 2 night break away with friend’s , we stayed in the lodge . I had a Single room which had a double bed so that made my day and it had a walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a great choice and we used the Swimming pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful . We will definitely be back , good location a short walk into Bournemouth , hilly on return but we got a taxi for £5 . Bus stop at the end of the road if needed overall a very relaxing break

GGuest UserWas ok, but to be honest the room and actually hotel were very dated. And the pool facilities in terms of changing were totally inadequate. Breakfast was ok, and thd location was decent. But having to pay extra for parking when I was a paying guest was poor.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, domestic three-star level, but still clean and tidy. very quiet. It is about 100 to 200 meters away from the sea, which is very close, but it needs to go down a small slope of about 50 meters. The weather in July is still a bit cold, and it is impossible to go to the sea. The city is very small, turn right out of the hotel for about 1 kilometer and you will see the landmark of the Ferris wheel. It is not far to go to Old harry rocks and Durdle door within half an hour and 1 hour.

GGuest UserBooked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

GGuest UserWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.
