GGuest UserOverall, the hotel has everything you need. The price increase in the summer months, however, is extreme for what you get, with prices quintupling. This means I paid €240 for five nights in a large apartment, while in July the same apartment costs €1200. I assume this is due to supply and demand, although it was already fully booked at the end of May.

GGuest UserI agree that the receptionist doesn’t understand how to attend costumers.
The dining room (all inclusive) was annoyance . People have to go and get their food and drinks and so on..
Three times my food was taken away from the table while I was getting coffee or dessert. Even after my 1..complaint it still went on.
Internet is rather bad and weak.
But à great place to be

GGuest UserFast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals.
Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.
