Nice pool, good food, great bar! Close to see and everything. Public transport is less clear, but was a wonderful holiday.

Hotel front desk service attitude is poor, the room is not clean, the gym is dirty and messy, the three meals are small, the quality is also poor, the overall feeling of the hotel is poor, will not come to vacation again

The price-performance ratio is absolutely OK. Although the hotel has come somewhat into the years, the price is fit for it. The dinner was varied, with daily changed main dishes, even though the base remained similar. The breakfast was largely the same, but completely enough and overall good.

Fast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals. Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.

I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I didn't expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, I really want to thank my housekeeper for doing such a good job every day-she made me feel special! The breakfast in the morning was also great, and the swimming pool and parking lot were great. I really appreciate all the staff and Pella Hotel for making my trip so easy. For the price I paid, I did not expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and most importantly I want to thank my maid for doing so well every day-she made me feel special !
