Good value for money since it is already all inclusive. The location is very accessible. They have a parking area so guests can easily park their cars.

I loved the hotel! It is a bit far (20 min walk) from the centre of the town but I didn't it. I was working remotely and could sit by the pool all day and work undisturbed. The food options were great and the staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Loved my stay! Highly recommend.

Hello . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is wonderful. With a sea view. Very close to the city center. The price of the hotel is very affordable compared to many hotels. Therefore, knowing this, I think we need to know that expectation has something to do with price. Since we had the opportunity to stay in a summer house, my expectations were not high. If you say you only go on holiday once a year, it may disappoint you. The smiling face of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing missing is activity. There is no animation. There are no water slides. It's nice for 2-3 days, but then you start to get bored. We said let's go to relax and we achieved our goal. If you want to relax, don't miss it. But if you say no, you want to have fun like crazy, it won't suit you.

The City's Hill hotel exceeded my expectations – excellent service, delicious all-inclusive food, clean rooms and a beautiful pool. A perfect place for both relaxation and active holidays, I would gladly come back again!

I stayed at a hotel in the center of Kusadasi and was very pleased with my choice, as the location is perfect – close to the marina, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and a balcony offering a nice view of the lively surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to give advice or assist with anything, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and tasty. Even though the hotel is in the heart of the city, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the rooftop terrace with a view of the sea made the stay truly memorable.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and smiling, the animation team is very good, the activities are very fun, we will come again.

I liked everything very much, especially the excellent attitude of the animators, they are simply delightful. The food is also very tasty and often fed, the cleaning in the rooms is also excellent, they do everything carefully. I especially want to praise the view from the beautiful hotel that overlooks the sea, as well as the beautiful pool with warm water and cleanliness. Next year I will definitely come here again and will not even look at other options.

Busy main road outside non stop sirens and beeping. Food was awful. Everything was either sticky or dirty. Cleaning staff, bar staff and Spa staff were lovely. Everyone else rude or ignorant. Will not be returning!

Definitely not 4 star hotel. Room very dated and on arrival there were 2 bottles of water in room, but no more were provided. Yes you could get from drinks machine in flimsy plastic cups but all other hotels that I have stayed in, where you can’t drink the local water have provided new bottles daily. If you want bottled water you have to buy it. There were not tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Very limited choice of food, what there was, was well cooked but would have expected more choice. The pool area did not have enough sun beds for the number of guests in the hotel. However if they were to provide more there is no room to put them. The staff were good and the hotel generally was kept very clean. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, cheap and cheerful. Food is good. Lovely view of the harbour from up on the hills and cruise liners coming and going nearly everyday. MUSTAFA the dj is the best entertainer I have ever met, he is a stand up comedian in turkey. He is very helpful, very funny and will do anything for you.

We arrived early in the morning, nice welcome from reception and got straight into our rooms, first bottle of water each is free which they give ypu on arrival Room was spacious and clean with air con, the view is incredible! Breakfast was good lots of choice, the egg man us amazing fresh omelette or pancakes every morning Lunch was good very healthy food and dinner we always found something nice lots of cakes as well We always managed to get sunbeds but I would say by 8am they start filling up Bar staff friendly especially the boys, the staff our all amazing and constantly cleaning There is a lot of cats around they do not mess where you can see, there was little kittens around the kids loved it Amazing holiday only downside was entertainment or lack of it and it starts very late, music is quite loud especially later in the day

Horrible. We Paid all inclusive, Food horrible no choice, no variety. We had to walk over 40 mins to buy food from the local shop, 1 hr to restaurants, macdonalds. Pool was over crowded, sun loungers not enough, rude people placing towels early morning, not to come until midday. Very unfair to others. Staff friendly when they choose to. TV nothing on, for family to watch, English. Entertainment disappointing. Beach over an hour away. Excellent place to visit for couples or older people, quiet hoilday. Would not recommend for any family, boring.
