The hotel's location is a huge plus, situated in the Xiangnanli commercial district with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's also not too far from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. During check-in, the front desk staff were very efficient. Coral and Zoey were especially friendly and helpful, and their warm smiles made us feel very welcome. We were checked in quickly, and they also thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and services. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Chengdu!

The hotel's gym is fully equipped, a definite highlight for anyone who loves to work out! The bathrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, making showering feel like a true indulgence. Plus, the hotel has excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's sleep, which guests seeking a peaceful environment will certainly appreciate.

The room offered an excellent view, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for transportation. We particularly enjoyed the Chengdu hotpot! The front desk staff, Ling Binyun and Yara Yan, provided outstanding service; they were exceptionally warm and helpful. We were deeply moved when they showed such great care and concern for our child, who was feeling unwell after eating spicy food during checkout. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Chengdu!

Excellent location, only 20 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The overall environment is great, and the breakfast is extensive and delicious. Definitely recommend!

I'd say the service was practically non-existent. For instance, when I ordered food delivery, I was initially told the robot was broken. Only after I asked the front desk to bring it up did it 'magically' start working again. Upon checkout, there was no reminder to register my license plate for parking. No one even bothered to ask, and since I was in a rush, I ended up paying for parking myself. Given the 500-600 price point, only the location was acceptable. The air conditioner was constantly squeaking, and the lights kept flickering. I won't choose this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to family or friends.

Room amenities are on par with Atour hotels. However, for a 600 RMB room rate, the service was shockingly poor. Despite the hotel having robots, guests were made to collect their own food deliveries. The mini-bar was empty, and the front desk staff showed clear impatience when asked to activate the elevator. How can you possibly justify charging the same price as nearby Minyoun and Howard Johnson hotels?

The hotel is located on Xiangnanli Pedestrian Street, which made getting to it quite inconvenient. The room itself was incredibly rundown and noticeably dirty. Even the bed linens had holes in them and were still being used. Is this how branded chain hotels are cutting costs and boosting efficiency these days? Breakfast was also very mediocre. Frankly, it offered terrible value for money, and I definitely won't be staying here again. The only saving grace was that the front desk staff who handled my check-in were quite friendly and pleasant; otherwise, this place wouldn't be worth a single cent.
