Shuangjing Classic Warm House Reviews

Hotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days! The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave. I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house. She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that? I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation. Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.

The staff is super nice and the room feels like a real home because you have a living room and a kitchen and a comfortable western style bathroom. I really loved my stay here. I could see myself living in that apartment. Its one of the best most comfortable places i have stayed in Beijing. Apple community is a really good location with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Its a very artistic area. The staff has a friendy bird named Bai Bai.

Very very helpful staff, you should know talk to a native to get in contact with the people owner, apart from that lovely people and nice rooms for the price

Technically it a 3BHK .. and they provide you a SOFA in the hall .. I paid extra money to upgrade to one of the single rooms !! There was only 1 Bathroom with non function door lock .It was very hot in the room no fan , no AC , mosquitoes were there and in this selected room ..! They provide you SOFA to sleep

Awesome stay.

The room is on the basement floor. The owner has a very good service attitude. The house is fully equipped. The living room and bedroom are clean and tidy (there is a hair on the bed sheet), but there are cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't know if the owner is too proud of his own things or what, there are all kinds of things in the bedroom closet. There is also a mattress in the kitchen. The sound insulation of the building is poor. The long-term tenants of 108 next door are of low quality. When washing clothes at 10 o'clock in the evening, there is a sound of running water and the sound of the basin hitting the sink.

It's a really cozy cottage, the room is clean and tidy. There are air conditioners and washing machines, and you can cook in the kitchen. It's really a very good experience. The boss lady is a beautiful and enthusiastic beauty! Really thoughtful!

There is a bus stop 35m away and a subway station 1km away. The location is good, but far from the main attractions. 2003 The facilities are complete and relatively new, neat and clean. B107 The facilities are old and need to be renovated.

The apartment is in a mature community. There is a large courtyard downstairs. It is very quiet and convenient to travel. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the (Shuangjing) subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. There is a Nanchengxiang branch nearby. , there is also a shaobing + tenderloin restaurant, which is delicious. The apartment is as shown in the picture. It is medium to large in size. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. I sleep very comfortably. There is plenty of hot water for bathing. The beautiful landlady is very considerate and helps me prepare it. Everything, I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Beijing again

The lady boss is very enthusiastic and takes good care of the guests. Beijing is beautiful.

The transportation is convenient. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. There is a lot of food, drink and entertainment nearby, and it is also very close to Beijing Station.

The service is good and the room facilities are also good. It is very suitable for business travelers. I highly recommend it to everyone. The location is also very close to Beijing Business Center and the subway.
