Best Bay Lake Hotels

"Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰"

"If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in"

"We just had a great Disney weekend stay here. Room 1415. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. Lobby area has a ton of space to hang out with friends and family. Pool is HUGE. It shares with its sister resort next door, but has a ton of sitting area. There is a Pool bar, Flamingo Bar & Grill, which serves great drinks and amazing Pizza. Saw a Game Room and a gym. They have a small pantry you can buy some snacks. Plenty of parking is available. Free WIFI (no issues using my laptop). Breakfast is also included with your stay. They have the basics, but plenty of options for all in your party. Had a King Suite room on the 4th floor. Having stayed at other Springhill Suites, I knew what this room would be like. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was super clean with plenty of pillows and towels. Bathroom was very clean and loved the shower products. The A/C was super cold and the TV had the option to stream Netflix and other services. Microwave coffee maker and mini-fridge were also in the room. Size of room is great. Comfortable and clean. LOCATION: Flamingo Crossings This is an area that Disney announced many years ago was coming. It is on the West Side of Disney property. I drove to Epcot in 15min and Disney Springs took me about 25 min. Since Flamingo Crossings is still being built out, traffic is not bad at all. Also, its not in a busy tourist area. So if you are looking for peace after spending a long day at the parks, this area is a great choice. Free WIFI, breakfast, plenty of parking, large pool, comfortable & clean accommodations + location, this Springhill’s Suite is really an amazing value. I can’t wait to stay here again. "

"The hotel rooms were decent enough. Its main draw is the close proximity to the various Disney parks, coupled with a convenient shuttle service. However, the front desk service was quite disappointing. First, we were assigned a room on an undesirable floor. Furthermore, despite specifically requesting housekeeping during check-in, our room remained uncleaned upon our return."

"Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good."

"I loved this hotel! The transportation to Disney is so convenient and location is super close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The room was clean and very spacious. Staff were super friendly and I plan to stay here again next time I visit Disney for sure!"

"I was very excited to stay at this hotel, which has a traditional atmosphere of the ethnic culture living in the African savanna. I think you can see all the animals during the day, but you can't see anything after dark, so I recommend checking in while it's still light. You can buy refills for unlimited drinks during your stay at the official hotel at a restaurant called Mala."

"Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great. We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment. The Mercado restaurant chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!"

"The design is modern, with Tiffany blue and gold handles. The room is quiet and clean. If you need to clean the room every day, you need to tell the front desk when you check in. If you need hot water for taking medicine temporarily, after the request is made, a thermos bottle is delivered to you. A kettle of hot water, and I came to check on my health in the afternoon. When I further asked for an electric kettle, it was delivered quickly."

"Club Level was amazing! I wish I could afford it more. Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!"
