"Despite the location on a multi-lane road, the noise stayed outside. The fair opposite was also inaudible. The room was OK, but a bit cramped as a family room. The staff were friendly, quick and very attentive. The pool was a bit small, but there. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The evening meal was also good and the portions OK. The only downside was the €15.00 parking fee per day. For a 4* hotel, I actually expect the private parking spaces to be included in the price."

"The truth seemed to me very uncomfortable to have to go to the other building to register****, as well as they could make a entry and not have to turn around.
I don't know what it was but there was something that was to noise, I don't know if it was the air conditioning (it is supposed to be shut off), in addition to the noise of the wicker, it was heard the noise of the fault.
The small towels.
The lift was very noisy when he opened the doors or stood on the floor (fortunately I was far from the lift).
The cafeteria was very good, even the servant offered me a stick to not burn with what I was carrying, as I said I had to go to the other building.
The room was very small and it was not a ventilator for smell out. "

"Staff were really friendly and accommodating. A bit further out from city centre than initially anticipated and not in the nicest part of the city but fairly accessible from the local metro station."

"The room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility."

"The traffic is very convenient and there is a big supermarket nearby. I like the communal kitchen very much. The basic oil and salt are available. The residents are very conscious of cleaning the used kitchen utensils. I will choose here next time."

"Parking is convenient, and the accommodation is easy to find. The room I was initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change it and they changed it right away. There was only one staff member, so he seemed very busy. There was no electric kettle in the room, which was a little inconvenient, and the room was relatively clean. However, it was very cold and the heater was not warm at all. It was too cold to endure with just a blanket, so I slept with layers of clothes on. There is an elevator, so it is convenient, but the soundproofing is not very good."

"Buena ubicación, cerca del lugar de trabajo. Los apartamentos son muy nuevos, cómodos y bien equipados.
La habitación es cómoda y el baño amplio.
