This place is super convenient! It's a one-minute walk from the Fountain Metro Station, and close to the Minsheng Road snack street and Qingyun Market night market. The service is exceptional; they delivered items promptly even in the middle of the night. The hotel has a great design aesthetic, perfect for photos. Breakfast is plentiful, and the freshly made noodles are delicious. The laundry room has a dryer, and you can even ask the front desk staff to help put your clothes in, which is a lifesaver. We were given two complimentary afternoon teas upon check-in, and the latte was very good. Highly satisfied!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around, with excellent transportation links right beside it. There are subway and bus stops just a few hundred meters away. The room was clean and dry, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-executed. Any needs we had, whether with the front desk or in the room, were quickly resolved. The check-in experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be staying here again!

The standardization at Hilton Garden Inn is consistently good. I've stayed at two of them recently, one in Lhasa and one in Guiyang, and they were practically identical in style. This particular hotel is located south of Jiaxiu Tower, and everything is very well-appointed. From the lobby, it didn't seem too crowded, which might be because the ground floor common areas are quite spacious and grand. The only minor drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, especially considering it's nearly a 60-story building.

I stayed at this property 9 years ago when my kids were still toddlers and one of them is a teenager now. The service of the hotel remains as tentative and warm as 9 years ago. We upgraded to one of their suite rooms and I think we will book a suite on our next trip. My kids enjoyed the pool and playing chess downstairs from the lobby. This was one of the highlights of their trip. My wife had a nice glass of wine at the regency club we missed the happy hour drinks and food as we went to HuangGuo Shu for a day trip and the second day we had dinner plans with our family. Harris checked us in and showed us our room knowing we were allergic to smoke. He was very attentive and checked on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. Will come back again soon hopefully.

The front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was comfortable, spacious, and upscale. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and there's a café on the 22nd floor with very elegant decor. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Jiaxiu Tower in 20 minutes and Qingyun Road in 30 minutes. The delicious Minsheng Road food street is right across from the hotel. Shopping and snacks are very convenient nearby. Overall, the experience was fantastic. If you're visiting Guiyang and want to stay in the old town, I recommend this place.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the executive bed room has a wide panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, the room is clean and soundproof, and the daughter's high-quality sleep is guaranteed. What surprised me even more was their intelligent service. The takeaway was delivered directly to the door of the room by intelligent robots with the logo of ”Intercity Hotel Intercity Hotel”, which was fun and reduced personnel contact, very intimate. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and served for a long time (can be until 10:00 or 11:00), and the beef noodles are authentic. The hotel is located close to Exit B of Yunfeng Avenue Station of Metro Line 2 (about 3 minutes walk), making it easy to travel. What touched me most was the hotel's warm-hearted initiative for candidates for the high school entrance examination: the high school entrance examination car and the candidates' supper. The high school entrance examination is also a key moment in the child's life. This time, choosing to stay at the Intercity Hotel in Baiyun is a very correct decision! The room was great, and the environment was pleasant with excellent service. The hotel is clean and luxuriously decorated. Our room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the location is convenient with snack shops right downstairs. Great value for money.

My brief one-night stay at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter completely shattered my preconceived notions of a city hotel. The lobby, perched on the 55th floor, is instantly recognizable, with French design subtly blending local Guizhou elements, creating an elegant yet authentically regional ambiance. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic room, where a full-length window offered breathtaking views of the Nanming River, Jiaxiu Tower, and the old city skyline. Watching the morning mist caress the buildings and the evening lights twinkle across the city was incredibly soothing. The hotel is conveniently located above the Hunter business district, offering easy access to dining and shopping, and within walking distance of several attractions. Andre at the front desk provided discreet and professional service, never intrusive but always responsive to my needs. Janice from guest relations was also incredibly thoughtful and proactive. The MyBed bedding was soft and luxurious, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep after a day of exploring. It's a truly sophisticated choice for a stay in Guiyang.

The security guard at this hotel is really nice. He not only greets you daily but also doesn't bother you too much. Moreover, we had a very early flight the next day, and when the security guard heard us coming downstairs (it was still dark), he immediately got our suitcases and sent us to the car. I was so touched. Needless to say, the room layout, environment and facilities are also very good, and you can see a very good view. The check-in experience alone is really good. But for the whole trip, the bar upstairs was really the only letdown... I've been to many bars and the drinks here are really not that good.

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, but apart from being large, there isn't much to praise about the garden view; the design is rather ordinary. 1. For a five-star hotel, it feels remarkably stingy. For such an expensive room rate, the mini-bar was completely empty. Honestly, a few cans of Coke or Sprite might not get drunk, but it's the gesture that counts. There weren't even any welcome fruits, something even a basic guesthouse provides. How can a big hotel be so dismissive of these small touches? 2. As a family-focused hotel, it's expected to have many children, but the swimming pool water was so murky it was uninviting. The hotel should consider adult guests more, perhaps by dedicating a separate lane. Plus, the outdoor pool closes quite early. Overall, for adults without children, the pool is practically useless. 3. Our flight was canceled late at night due to a typhoon, forcing us to rebook an earlier flight. We had to leave first thing in the morning. We had breakfast included, so we went to the breakfast area to ask for some food to go. The manager said we could only take simple items like eggs and bread, nothing else. Why? We paid extra for breakfast in our room rate, why are we restricted to just a few items? The restaurant manager then said we could take a little more, but only if we signed an agreement to avoid disputes… and we had to list everything we wanted to take. We were already in a rush, and then they gave us two small boxes, following us the whole time. In the end, just as she said, it was a very small amount. I really don't understand this policy. Many children, who don't even pay for breakfast, waste food by eating half and discarding half, with no one supervising. Yet, paying guests who genuinely need it are treated this way? 4. The buffet dinner was terrible value for money. Apart from some tiny crayfish, there was hardly anything else worth eating! While it's a good family hotel that's kid-friendly, as an adult looking for a relaxing vacation, you'll feel largely overlooked here.
