"I tried to call the number on the voucher, and found out that it was an AI talking and talking to me, that was cool, but not appropriate. I actually prefer tapping number to connect directly with the customer services. Because it is faster and save my phone credit. Technology is built to make things faster and efficient, not to make it looks cool but make things longer and inefficient."
