MMeinikaMENIKThe room is very clean. It is built on a small hill, near the highway, with beautiful surrounding scenery. The breakfast is free and rich. It is a good choice for the trip from Yellowstone to Salt Lake City.

GGuest UserThe staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist in making the reservation. On arrival, we were greeted warmly. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and had a fresh smell. Our standard room exceeded expectations. It was clean and large enough to have a sitting area. There was a balcony with a view overlooking the entire Pocatello area.
We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Pocatello. Very happy travelers!

尹尹The hotel has reached the consistent quality of the Hampton Inn, exquisite, modern and in place. It is one of the most cost-effective chains in the United States. There was a small episode in the check-in. Ctrip's picture and room description did not match the actual situation. The room was a lot smaller. There was no space for our two 28-inch boxes to unfold. Communicate with customer service, quickly acknowledged the mistake and provided 160 cash as compensation. Overall, Ctrip's fast and efficient satisfaction. I hope that in the future, like Booking, I will carefully check the pictures and descriptions, and I will be on the upper floor.

- Room was clean and spacious maybe except for some red stain on a hand towel
- Bath towels were not provided initially and had to go down to the front desk to collect
- Shower pressure and heat were great, better than some other similarly or higher priced hotels
- Basic but more than adequate breakfast

GGuest UserOf the three nights spent on the road, this being the last, this was the most amazing, from the late night that we checked in; to the amazing ”free” breakfast the next morning, and to the cleaning staff that we encountered the next day when they greeted us with a genuine hello and asked how we were! The individuals at the front desk to those cleaning the rooms and preparing the breakfast, we left with such good feelings to begin our day.

GGuest UserMy wife and I came to town for a concert, traveling with our service animals. This hotel was perfect they have great amenities and very nice rooms. The biggest plus for use was the pet friendlyness of all the staff they are awesome. They put on a great breakfast as well. In fact the friendlyness of the staff and nice rooms and all the amenities, we ended up staying longer just to enjoy our trip and get some relaxation. Place is in a great location as well everything you could need either within walking distance or a very short drive.
We will definitely stay here again if in the area. If fact if you are traveling through or just in the area for something and need a place to stay, this is the place. You should most certainly stay at the Best Western Pocatello inn.

SStevenI love this hotel front desk was funny and on point fresh cookies every evening at six had a big group in house of soccer players didn’t even know they were in the house. Everything was great. I love the location the town quaint little town maintenance housekeeping front desk was all perfect. I would stay here again because the Town location in Hotel.
