GGuest UserWe stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside.
All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻
The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets.
It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk.
A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future.

TTOM Siauwfirst check in the lady in front lobby give us smoking room, with out telling us actually it Cleary we asking for no smoking room at booking, when we go to our room my wife almost. vomit, because the tobaccos smell so strong, then we go down to complain but the lady just told us she will sent some one to put some kind of air freshener, and said that the only room available, this unacceptable since we book for non smoking room ,after we said going to cancel. finally she said ok she found another room for us. this is really put this Sheraton hotel in shame to use this lady in check in staff

- various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it.
- Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room.
- the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room.
- The security guard is also friendly
- I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha
just a little expensive.

Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room).
After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy.
After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge.
The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom.
In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it.
It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

EElsaWe booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel.

AAdhistya FebrianiLocation was amazing, it’s truly near the heart of Bandung, as it was located in Dago. It was a walking distance to some great restaurants (Sagoo, Kedai Nenek, Ampera, etc.) and groceries (Superindo, Rumah Buah).
Room also clean, and spacious. I booked a suite room, and had no problems at all in regards to cleanliness, amenities and no leaking sounds from another room.
However, they didn’t have the drop-off lobby, so guests must carry their own luggages from the basement to the lobby through an elevator.
Parking lots also limited and I can say it was a small space for a basement.

Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew 👏. They really made me feel at home 🏠. I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill 🎨. And, bonus! 🎁 There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies 🛍️. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over 💻. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect 📍. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots 🍴🛍️. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ❤️. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 🙌 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
