There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with sofa bed & handy boot room and utility space. Family friendly with travel cot & highchair. The cottage makes a great base to explore the beautiful Speyside and surrounding area. Walking distance to The Glenlivet whisky distillery and only a 15 minute drive to the Glenlivet bike trails. Within an hour you can reach the beautiful Moray coastline with its many beaches or be in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park with its stunning scenery and abundance of summer and winter activities.
